*Japan is already in the future...and hydrogen is a reality there...they can produce it for less than a dollar(and going down) per cubic meter...also...not to mention their logistic put in place...for safe transportation...storage...and distribution...But what really will change things for good...is what they created lately...called "artificial fuel" a process using H2O + CO2...also resulting in neutral emission...So...ignoring achievements of the most technological advanced nation in the world will be like missing the bullet train of history...*
