Good vid brother, enjoy. Nice to visit I wouldn't want to live in the province. Always love the green rice fields, you need to see it when it is ready for harvest, beautiful almost gold color, looks amazing
Chad, nice your showing this. Luv the peace and quiet of remote province life. Ann must be the oldest in the family I'm guessing. Great job Ann, your amazing! Such happy people!
I could so like it in the province. If I had the right partner, I could do anything. I think it's all about family and enjoying where you are. Great video!
How I missed & Loved province life , fresh air, very basic & simple lifestyle.... no preservative, just fresh of everything, no frozen food... hehehe 😂😅😊❤
That COLD bath? My 1st experience in the barrio was in Abuyog, Leyte. Went to a barrio called Tambis. Rode a jeepney to a dead end then humped 3+ kilometers on those skinny trails. Beautiful place! No American there since WWII. Great people. Good fresh food. The road is paved all the way through now.
It's amazing how bright green the grass and trees are where yoir at right now Chad. Yeah your right the trees in the back look really nice too. I couldn't love there though I need a mall and fast food near me. Hahaaha
I lived on the top of Samal Island near davao for 3 months deep in the province. Although its an easy lifestyle you do get bored very quickly. 30 minutes down the mountain to do your shopping on a motor bike. Its amazing what you miss coming from the city to the province. No internet no phone coverage no tv. Just a very simple life.
I’d still be standing there with my muddy foot and the boot, trying to figure out what’s worse 🤔. I could live there if I had to. Too isolated for me. But I’m sure the people there have an advantage of not knowing of all the daily problems, stress and anxiety around the world.
Whoa glad u made it chad to anne's parent's house ❤🎉 Its okey not to rush living there... Time comes :) Enjoy ur vacation ❤ This is sherry annes cousin When u last visit there remember ❤ stay safe
Whose idea was it to build the house so far into the jungle so you have to walk for a mile or so through the mud there and back, why not build the house closer to the road from the start where they are building the new one? Can you imagine taking all the building materials back and forth to build the family village, OMG. What would be interesting would be if the parents would be able to live in the city after being in the wilderness, I know my wife's mother comes here to Angeles and after 2 weeks she misses the province.
those are good questions 👍 im not sure why people want to be so secluded 🤷 i had a relative do the same thing but after a few years they realized it was not worth the hassle 😳 im sure Anne’s parents would have a tough time adjusting like i would have a tough time adjusting to their style of living 👍
Hello Chubs and Anne, I really am enjoying your channels been bouncing between the new and old stuff. I believe that hard workers can survive anywhere but rich and pampered would have a hard time adjusting to a rural way of living. I was born and raised in NYC in a humble home with only dad working so we knew how to stretch a dollar and save. I have learned that money comes and goes but family is always there for you when times are hard.
thank you my friend and you are right 👍 hard work hard history you can adapt, silver spooners couldnt make it or appreciate the effort of province life
If you move out there get delta 2 solar generator and star link you can build a nice structure for 10 to 15 k just make sure your the one with the design plan and overseer daily pay only or you'll get screwed .
I bet you could put a shutoff timer inline for the pump for about 3 dollars from temu or amazon that would turn it off at night. I dont know whats available for DC power.
I have not even watched and I can say, no. I could not live there. There lacks. Even in the worst neighborhoods… certain things should not be lacking. Now I watch.
Nope no way could I live like that. Born and raised and lived my whole life in a big city in USA. I'm used to what I am used to. Vacation there of course. But full time I would get bored out of my mind
No predators like lions? Thank God for that. Province life has become a lot better and easier due to the huge improvement of infrastructure. Unless your way deep in the provinces you have easy access to cities and what they offer. Land is so cheap as well so perfect if your intentions are to build a house.
believe me, it makes a person wonder why people would… but then catch yourself and say it’s all they ever had and may have 👍 and theyre fine with that 😃 We who have or had so much have a tough time stepping out of our comforts
❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍 5:57 the cats are smart they know how to warm up heat. It reminds me of the rice heating pillow you put around your neck for muscle aches you just put in the microwave for 1 minute and heats up last about 10-15 minutes 👍👍👍

They have pcav venom for cobras from what i learnt.
❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍 15:10 Good for you Chad! I like your mindset of how you are living up to yourself and always know God is behind you and His angels too taking care of you because you have a good heart More blessings to you take care 🙏😇❤️
Maybe you’ve been watching “Philly” & Marcos for too long and the province bug is about to bite you! Just keep getting acclimated and you will eventually be watching expat builds as you guys start to vision a dream build of your own! Best of luck to both of you!
no plans of living there but vacationing 👍 then again you never know what this World has in store for you 🤔 Building a house is definitely on the horizon
🇵🇭😎🇵🇭

good video seeing the province life and seeing Ann's family...
👍😃 it is such a different life, refreshing loving and slower than what we usually live 👏
Her family seems to be doing really good.
yes they are 😃 it has been their way of life forever, self sustaining simple family raised and loved 🙏👏
Chad, nice your showing this. Luv the peace and quiet of remote province life.
Ann must be the oldest in the family I'm guessing.
Great job Ann, your amazing!
Such happy people!
👍 i believe Anne’s sisters are older and her brother is younger 😃
thank you Dave
this gives us all perspective on Family
I could so like it in the province. If I had the right partner, I could do anything. I think it's all about family and enjoying where you are. Great video!
yes it is all family and enjoying some solitude 👍😃✌️
Thank you for sharing family life
you are welcome 👍😃
It's just one of those things you must do when you are here. Have fun you guys.😎💜💜🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍
thank you buddy 🫶✌️
Super cool. I've got some friends in the province. I haven't gone there yet because I'd need too big of a back pack for food. Haha.
😂 yes you would
it is good to visit these places to ground yourself now and then 👍
How I missed & Loved province life , fresh air, very basic & simple lifestyle.... no preservative, just fresh of everything, no frozen food... hehehe 😂😅😊❤
so true 👍 no refrigerator no preservatives 😃 fresh is right
Ok for a few days but, then back to the comforts of life. Would never do deep in the province long time.
Where is this ?
I really struggle with the low bowl toiletsthatwe come across from time to timeimtbe Philippines.
Good for Ann to help her family.
Kalibo
province of Aklan
Boracay area
Ilove living in off grid, quite and peaceful living in remote area😊
Really province what fun
Living - There requires Intense strategy & Planning to be " Complete " 🤨
I miss province 😢
i imagine you do 👍
it will always be home ❤️

wow so so remote that was 😳
peaceful beautiful unencumbered living
and yes a little cold showering 😬
It's amazing how bright green the grass and trees are where yoir at right now Chad. Yeah your right the trees in the back look really nice too.

it so beautiful but so foreign to a lot of us 👍😳😃

Let me know if you and anne plan to visit in manila..
@melvinnaz428 we will 😃
The ONLY thing I can think of that I know would be a huge bother to me are mosquitos. Outside of that, I can adapt to the rest.
yep there ya go 👍
and it was either not mosquito season yet or they just dont have that problem there 🤔 i only saw a couple
@@chubsDubC I know it's usually standing water that attracts them.
Any and all mosquitoes would find me for sure. No matter where I am!

simple humble living this is a common life in remote areas, im from aklan too but grew up in a city
nice city life there as well 😃
big city i was pleasantly surprised 👍

@edhall9656 you’re the Best 🫶

Anne gives a different perspective of our lives, and she’s beautiful to look at 😜
I have not even watched and I can say, no. I could not live there. There lacks. Even in the worst neighborhoods… certain things should not be lacking. Now I watch.
it’s different living that most can imagine 👍 there would gave to be some creature comforts we are accustomed too 😳
Go back during rice planting and make a video of planting rice haha😂
So you’re not too far from Boracay, are you planning a visit while your there in Kalibo ?
no trip to Boracay at this point 👍 one of these days we’ll get that way
Nope no way could I live like that. Born and raised and lived my whole life in a big city in USA. I'm used to what I am used to. Vacation there of course. But full time I would get bored out of my mind
i hear ya 👍 it’s not for everyone
Looks like a cleaner version of alot of rural places in USA.No rusted junk cars or signs with bullet holes lol
that’s for sure 👍😃

theyre not far from a city, 20 minute drive 👍 but the parents house trek thru the mud is a workout
I couldn't. Makes me feel guilty (and almost ashamed) for living the swell life.
