Summer 2021 Round Up

Sadly I'm still not out and about as much as I would like. Here's the interesting things I've captured over Summer.
We begin with 37688 on its way to Eastleigh to collect a pair of coaches and returning later. We also have an ex-LNER HST power car on the NMT. There's a few bits of the normal WCML stuff followed by a celebrity appearance in the from of 60163 - Flying Scotsman, which as the fast road so we enjoy a nice speedy pass. We also have 86 259 on the Cumbrian Mountain Express, followed by more of the regular WCML traffic. I managed to catch a short-formed Caledonian Sleeper and we also see the Blue Pullman HST set. Sticking with class 43s, we see the NMT again, this time with two ex-LNER power cars at the helm. After a little trip around the region, we reign to Atherstone to see a pair of class 768s on trial between Crewe and Nuneaton. We also catch 69001 on its way north. Back to steam and we see 46100 Royal Scot, before moving East to the crossings at Offord. I was hoping to capture the transition from class 91s to IEPs, but sadly only one class 91 passed by during my time there.
