I'll admit I've been loving the Spider-Man releases from Mafex but I wasn't sure I'd like him when he came in a few days ago... but the line we've seemingly all said at some point, 'Mafex does it again!' qualifies on this one. This figure is amazing! For some reason everything feels a little tighter. More sound than the previous. I'm sure its the joy of a new Mafex drop.. but I've been enjoying non stop!! Hope everyone else who copped gets theirs soon, its a nice addition to the Mafex line of comic Marvel figures for sure!

The reissue of the red and blue Mafex 075 Spidey has a more metallic blue and brighter red on it. That's the most striking difference between it and the original release. I don't know about the height tho.

Mafex toys are great, but i think 150€ and above is way too expensive and not worth it. At the end of the day it's just a plastic toy and there is no value to justify the price. You can buy 3-5 different original toys for that price, or even 7-10 bootlegs which are often times as good as the originals. Even videogames are cheaper which give you more fun than a toy. Just for a comparison, only 4 Mafex figures cost as much as a new Playstation 5. Mafex definitely has the best Spiderman figures on the market, but mostly because of the eyes and color scheme. It's just a slight change from other figures, and they cost 100€ more. How difficult can it be to make the same comic eyes on other figures that cost 30-50€?

Mafex spidey is my definitive Spidey and I love this body sculpt. But for me I think I prefer the retro card. TAS Black suit is so burned into my brain and he's a little bigger and buffer in that. Still stellar figure. I love the back pack and blue paint
