We are doing 21 days in an interior and can't wait! My only dislike is the closet, I preferred the open closet. Love the shower, especially the door 🎉. The Princess beds are amazing!

I like the fact that the shower curtain is gone on this ship. This design along with the foot rest in the shower is just like the Celebrity Ships I have sailed on
I thought the same, they have them on edge class ships don’t they :)
My fiance and I booked one of these cabins for our wedding cruise next January. I'm so excited to see this ship and elope in the Caribbean! And I'm really happy to hear about the great mattress, like "sleeping on a cloud." I can't wait! 😎💕🎉

Princess has done a good job with their Deck Plan templates for this ship also. You can tell where the location of the bed is from the Deck Plan. The wall will look like it is bumped out where the bed is located. I wish all Deck Plans on all lines were like that. Great job with this video

Lovvve the see through cabinets. The cabin looks narrow. My husband made the right decision booking the Cabana. The extra sitting area in between the balcony and the cabin will give us the airy/spacy feel. Can't wait to board this beautiful ship in June!!! 🎉🎉🎉

How Funny. We were supposed to be on the February 18th sailing of the Sun Princess. Our cabin was 11217. Your next door neighbor.

First of all I must say the choice of colour and overall look of the cabin is lovely.
BUT.....
The walk in wardrobe and bathroom area are better placed on sky princess if TWO or more people are staying in the same room.
If me and my wife are trying to get ready at the same time ,that's a lot of activity in a very small space.
The sofa and small table are positioned in a really strange place , basically in the walkway between the bedroom and everything else and facing a wall, The wife will really enjoy me sitting right behind her as she gets ready in front of the vanity mirror whilst sat at the dressing table.
The whole room feels like it's been fitted in a corridor.
I'll happily take the shower curtain if I can keep the old layout...lol
You probably understand what happened. The goal was to fit as many cabins as possible in the available space. Any persons needing larger accommodations, have a few other options (at higher prices).
I agree, I've always liked the walk in dressing area so much more private , not bothered whether a curtain or door , hate those chairs on the balcony ! Even if it's a small balcony the chair should be a relaxing chair and be able to recline a bit
I agree! I liked the open closet more.
I actually appreciate that there are more shelves and drawers. The one pole in the walk-in kind is not very versatile, I don't take much that needs full hanging length, just enough for 2-3 items.

This may sound wacky but I hope I can hook up my Roku on the TV for Netflix when I go in the fall. 😂
Looks very small compared to other Princess ships, wardrobe far too small for 2 people I prefer the big open wardrobes,a bonus having shower door though and not the dreaded curtain, didn't need to have that big settee.

My family and I are cruising on the Sun Princess in July. There are 4 of us in a dulux balcony room. Do you know what the configuration is for the kids? Is it a sofa bed for 2?
Hiya, yes the sofa will become a sofa bed and the 4th bed will be in the ceiling and come down at night above the sofa bed which will then make it like a bunk bed if you know what I mean :-)
you have to be in bed to watch tv only one tv . glad to see a kettle to make your own tea or coffee

Any update on when the theatre will be finished? Has there been any entertainment?
I’ve listed today on Facebook about the entertainment. No word on when Princess arena will be available as yet x lots of entertainment in piazza and princess live though x some of the shows that would have been in the theatre are now in the piazza x
I noticed the toiletries were Beekman 1802. I’ve been to their store in Sharon Springs, NY several times. Are they a standard in Princess or just the Sun?
Just the Sun as far as I know. I was on Regal & Sky Princess recently and they didn’t have these toiletries on those ships x

Hi Karen, The thermal suite is one of the places I didn’t get to see and it’s such a shame as I love the thermal suites. It was open I believe x
I also booked deluxe balcony room on deck 11. I am travelling with 2 kids and am curious to see their bunk bed style.
Yes I agree I’d like to see the family cabins. Sadly the cruise is sold out so I won’t get to film them x
They are hidden in the ceiling.
Not in my cabin they are not but yes I. Some cabins as Pullman beds :-)
A wise, experienced person, on the Cruise Critic website, advised somebody to contact the company, because this is a new class of ships. Generally, the main beds must be separated and the bunk beds lowered from the ceiling. There are a lot of rooms with such beds, but I forgot the number.
Is there any stevia on board the Sun for diabetics? I'm going on the Sun for 3 weeks & will bring my own if I find out it's not on board.

Found your channel. ❤. I see your in a joining cabin? Any way possible are you able to tell me if the joining door is able to stay open and if your main cabin door can be open at the same time. My last cruise the joining and main door could not be open at the same time. It was very frustrating. Thank you and any info would be greatly appreciated.

@@michaels3003 Thank you. I’m just trying to figure out where the door is for joining rooms. I guess maybe by the tv? Normally it’s over by the main cabin door. But I guess it can’t be if the bathroom is there. Thank you for confirming.
@@hapaqt4823 , I reviewed most of the rooms (mostly out of curiosity) on the SP a few months ago; I don't remember anything about connecting cabins. You need to call the company and select the cruise planner option. Please make sure you do not get transferred to another person (speaking from experience) who doesn't know, or worse, gives you a wrong answer.

I've just tried to preorder it (via PC chat), and apparently it is not possible. It may be requested while onboard, but I wonder how many of them are available.
I have spoken to my cabin steward tonight and yes you can order but once on board :-)
