If I have 10,000 ft.² mansion I better have minimum zero. 5 acre lot. I will want my kid to go play in the back of the lot unfortunately in Dubai in most of the places you have no lot property at all and the house is like $20 million. Don’t get me wrong. I love Dubai and architecture but I will not buy a mansion with no property lot.
For that price... Why artifical grass?
Most of the villas and homes there in Dubai have fake grass, because of the extreme heat of the desert climate. It is difficult for the grass to grow and stay green because of the desert.
