To help better understanding and translate:
The dipping sauce is unique to the minority ethic group "tai" / "dai" in southern china. It is a specialty of Yunnan and has sour taste. She dried the radish leaves, put in the urn and soak with the glutinous rice for two weeks. After that, slow cook the sauce until it thicken, add the coriander, chilli, garlic, salt and crushed peanut. Here it comes the special dipping sauce of Yunnan！😊 Another great piece of work!

She resigned her job in Chongqing city two years ago and came back to her village. When she gave up her job from city to village, people did not understand her. She believes, when facing problem, she can spend more time to learn and try. But the toughest is she does not know if it can be successful. She is an unconfident girl but never give up. She started to camera with iphone6 and then professional camera equipment. She love food so each of her dish was cooked with emotion. First year of youtube-ing was tough as there was no much success, she almost gave up. After persuading herself to insist for three months and then six months, she started to have some fans from second year. She lives in Yunnan Province which has various culture. In future her plan is to go out of her village and show more culture and food of Yunnan.

I found three beautiful things in her videos.
1. Her dog. He some times make faces for asking food ..
2. The nature, mountains, water running down hills.
3. We didnot get bored of her talk while cooking or making food, and is resumed.
I also watched another chinês, but It Very much long of 25 to 30 minutes, but here she succeeded to reduce to almost 15 minutes.
I want to congragulate her on her simplicity and devotion for work.
Making food involving such a lengthy process is really great..but, eating that food with family and friends is the most beautiful thing. Great video. Love from India.
