Valladolid Mexico! The Next Merida?

How many days did you spend in Valladolid? I was there for only a week and felt it was too short.
I've watched many Valladolid videos. Yours may be the most comprehensive one because you covered lots of cenotes and restaurants.
I was in Valladolid in March and ate at Plaza Maya. I regret not ordering a margarita but i did have the chaya agua fresca. Ruben is the best! He is so proud of his hometown especially his neighborhood.
Good point about how touristy Valladolid may become once the Mayan train is built. I should go back sooner.
