Changed my HyperX Cloud 2 in service for 7! years to a Beyerdynamic DT 770 M. So I'm a fresh buyer and a listener on a Beyerdynamic DT 770 M model while I'm listening your mix, and of course Techno (since 3 weeks now from buying the Beyer 770 M). I've had Pioneer headphones back then (Dj Rush era back in 2005), a Behringer, a Stanton (that Tiesto had in his famous 2004 album), Sony... So.. I've had a lot's of difficulties with EQ'ing the Beyer, purchased the DTS too for it, because I've had a lot of struggling with it to turn this headphone for "Techno-listening". Of course I know that this Beyer is for drummers and for live music monitoring, no doubt about it! Live, real instrument music sounds like the "band" playing in front of you. This experience is a wow and a "out of this world" experience by using the Beyer DT 770 M. But what about our Techno?

I have used many headphones in the past. pioneer and V-moda were some good ones for Djing but to this day I use the senheiser hd 25 for Djing and the sony WH-XB910N for personal listening 🎶. The senheiser hd 25 are just unbeatable for the comfort, price and precision on the sound. Also, the Sony ones I don't think they are the best but they do just fine for me when listening to my final exports when producing.
