I still think it was a person, only because you see it going by the other windows too. Usually if it's a spirit you'll just see it go by one set of windows but kind of just simply vanish. To me, that was someone running by quickly with a destination while trying not to be noticed because of the light shining. I've noticed some of the homeless people in his videos are like those things in Descent and can move around freely in the dark and don't need to see. If they've been there awhile they know every layout and where to step etc as to not be noticed.

Then, look to the similar doorway on the right, and it also passes that, too. You may need to increase the contrast/brightness of your screen to see it more clearly.

Isn’t it amazing how a building that used to be full of energy ,now ,sits decaying? Yet,all the artwork the kids left on the wall seem so colourful,😮Like they were done not long ago.
That’s kind of what really stood out to me about this place. Some areas look like they’d still be very recognizable while many others however it almost looks like a controlled fire took place they’re damaged so badly. And wow it’s only been abandoned since 2010 I would’ve guessed it had been abandoned for at least around 25 years.

Remember that other creepy school with the 'KEEP OUT" sign on the door and the crazy screaming guy that was in there? I’m guessing this may have been mentioned already, but my thoughts on the string is for the person(s) staying there to possibly navigate in the dark. Or with the chair rigged up on the stairs, it could be to alert whomever is staying in the building if someone pulls on it making the chair fall. Seems like someone is staying there especially with the warmth you felt at some part of the building. Creepy!!

This was exactly my thought, though I think they used it as both a guide and a possible alarm. The alarm part is only because of the chair, but otherwise, that part doesn't make much sense given what was shown in this video. It's definitely a guide line, though.
When you got to the end of the video, where you said you don’t remember that white grate/fence thing being there.. I rewinded the video and that definitely was not there. It was moved a good 3-4 feet away, that’s crazy. Another great explore but be careful man you never know who you run across

After that initial bang from the gate being dropped onto the floor at 36:25, if you listen closely (headphones recommend) you will hear dragging or scraping sounds coming from the gate being moved to block the door! Creepy!
yeah, We needed more from you! that white piece of gate was set up after you had been there, if you rewind the video to the part where you were about to enter into the "do not enter" door you can see the gate wasn't lying against the wall, like it is at the end of the video, and it got your attention.
I bet the chair and the string are like an early warning alert, like if you trip the string the chair falls, and alerts whomever is upstairs that someone is coming up

Sounds like someone talking elsewhere in the building. He needs to be careful talking to himself to the camera. I'd rather he be silent sometimes, he doesn't need to talk to us all the time.

This was exactly my thought, though I think they used it as both a guide and a possible alarm. The alarm part is only because of the chair, but otherwise, that part doesn't make much sense given what was shown in this video. It's definitely a guide line, though.

Theres a strange sound at 11:19.A viewer mentioned a dark figure running past a door-thats creepy! The crunching is like fingernails on a blackboard.Look at that old door at 30:10 And that little opening at 30:30.All you need is someone to jump out and say BOO!

The bang he heard before going down again is probably someone putting it against the door. They're probably in the bathroom. Same string person who was captured by IR and probably was on the upper "locker" hallway where the camera fogged. 😶

After that initial bang from the gate being dropped onto the floor at 36:25, if you listen closely (headphones recommend) you will hear dragging or scraping sounds coming from the gate being moved to block the door! Creepy!

yeah, We needed more from you! that white piece of gate was set up after you had been there, if you rewind the video to the part where you were about to enter into the "do not enter" door you can see the gate wasn't lying against the wall, like it is at the end of the video, and it got your attention.
