Girl, don't put lemon oil in your water. It won't mix with your water and can irritate your mucous membranes. If you're going to ingest oils, make sure to mix them with an oil first.
I've never thought to put Panaway (or similar) on my neck, I should try that.
You can get Frankincense from other companies, like Plant Therapy, for MUCH cheaper. I use a combination of YL and Plant Therapy oils and I've noticed pretty much no difference except the price. YL is more expensive because the uplines have go get their cut.

The disclaimer on the YL website under each oil actually states: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration"....so no, they have not been approved as safe to ingest.
