Excellent lesson! Thank you so much for explaining this so well. Many times I have done a terrible job of trying to explain this to my friends. But I think it's important that we clarify to people that, even though "gonna" and "wanna" is common in spoken English, it usually does not look very good in writing. We don't want use "gonna" or "wanna" in a business letter or resume or any correspondence in which we want to make a good impression. Gives the impression of perhaps not having a good handle on the language. (I only say this because I hire people and have received resumes and cover letters like this. It's fine for texting or social media if you really want to write "gonna," although I advise my friends not to get into the habit of writing it anywhere.) I understand your channel is about pronunciation and spoken English and it's a great channel. I just wanted to write a little footnote for people to understand that what's normal for spoken English is often not appropriate in written form. This is only positive, constructive advice.....I have great respect for people learning the language!
HI MISS Keenyn Rhodes ! i am Algerian living in canada , i passed my TOEFL in1996 ,,i have to say that YOU ARE THE BEST TEACHER IN THE WORD ,,i love your method , also not forget Miss Lisa Mojsin , ..
After I'm done with this lesson I'm gonna go eat breakfast and come then I'll take a shower. After that i will continue watching more of your lessons. I'm not gonna call anybody today because I have a lot of work to do at the moment. On Sunday I'm planning to go church. This weekend I'm not gonna go to the library. I have no idea, I hope it would be a nice weather. I think my week is gonna be busy, because I have a lot to do. At breakfast I have no idea what they gonna serve us. I live in the Shelter, so that why. But for dinner I think I'm gonna go out and eat noodles with avocado. It's my favorite. I'm trying to lose weight so I skip one meal and I try to eat healthy. I would wanna be a lawyer. I definitely not wanna be a mechanic. There are two places actually that are in my bucket list, Israel and France. To be honest I love all countries and I enjoyed traveling, so I want to travel to every country one day. I wanna read the book self-help. I wanna to communicate fluently. And I want to become a human rights lawyer. That is my goal in life.
Splendid as usual, You're bringing the best literature on the table, the language of cultural art that goes with idiomatic expressions., you're great keenyn, You made it ... thank goodness that you're healthy and creative.
Hai keenyn, you are an awesome English teacher.I have learned a lot from your valuable English lessons.I appreciate your endeavor in teaching English to the students who are willing to study an American accent correctly.

@@ClearEnglishCorner Hey Keenyn! I'm a Civil Engineer. And most often I hear this word "Bitumen". Now can you please tell me how it is pronounced? The pronunciation which I hear is "BiCHUmen". Is the "t" in this case a "true t" or it really sounds like a CH which I hear? Thanks.
I love her videos cuz, she explains ver easy, i can undestand her explication, but, simetimes it's hard. After this lesson " I WANNA PRATICE THIS LESSON IT'S VERY USEFUL"
English pronunciation is much more difficult than grammar, and people usually complain mostly about grammar... Thank you very much for these amazing English pronunciation lessons. Therefore, you have to spend more time learning listening and pronunciation.
Thx for creating all these video for us non-natives, I found them useful a lot! It would be even better if you're gonna teach some intonation stuff cuz that's probably the biggest trouble lying in front of me.
Hi dear Keenyn, thanks a lot for your nice videos! Would you please also teach us how to pronounce words with “th” in the end, like sixth, length, width,... esp when they are used in a sentence.
I hope you answer me ,please I wanna ask you a question acually it is not a question but I want you to give me a hint : Now i make the /r/ sound with retracted way not that you told us about before ,but in order to make this sound I have to make my middle part tongue between my upper back teeth (molars)but for some reason which I don't know I can't do this when I make my tongue thick , I can't put my left tongue side inside my teeth but it goes under them so it becomes like the right side of the tongue is between my teeth ,but the left side of it don't enter inside my teeth ,so what is the problem with me should I go and see a dentist if there's any wrong in teeth position or what ??
Hi Keenyn. Sorry for so many questions, I'm confused about difference pronunciation between "being" and "been", They're very similar to me, Would you mind making a video about it. thank you
Hello Keenyn. 😀 You make really helpful and high quality lessons. Thank you for your work. Could you please make a video on how to pronounce words in which d or n sounds come between two r sounds, like in words: border, corner, harder and so on? I usually drop the first r in those kind of words but I want to know how to say them correctly. Thanks again.
Hello Professor Keenyn!!! It was an awesome lesson, but I have a question!!! You say we can't use wanna with third person singular. Is this condition only in affirmative sentences? I mean, can't I say:?... She doesn't wanna eat. thanks
Excuse me to ask. Do we say wonna and gonna in both formal situation (like.in a speech) and informal situation (conversation). How do we say want to and go to in a formal situastion like in a formal speech. Do say *want to or wanna*. Thank you
