Although I liked Blake's character I would have preferred an Azrael-like replacement for Wayne, someone much harsher and crazier than the original - then again, I guess with Azrael as Batman and Bane ruling as a Red Hood-style vigilante dictator, it would be kind of hard to tell the difference!

A judge would temporarily put a hold on the transactions until the matter was fully investigated.
Also, FYI, someone as rich as a Billionaire wouldn't simply have all their money in stock. For example, Bill Gates has almost 300k acres in farm land, not to mention buildings he either owns or rents. Not to mention even if he had all his money in stocks somehow and the transactions weren't almost immediately stopped or shut down or not quickly given back to him . . .he'd still very easily be able to get a short-term loan given the situation lol.
This type of attack would never succeed in real life for all the reasons I mentioned.
