  • Stagecoach is a groomed blue trail located on the western edge of the Wild Spur Express (formerly Pioneer) lift pod, also known as Vasquez Ridge by the resort. In my opinion this zone feels very artificial, with obviously human-defined trail paths. This was my first time at the resort and the runs in this area were some of my least favorite. It was very windy on this particular day, making the groomed trails such as this one extremely scrapey and swept. Also, like many of the lift zones at Winter Park, both the entrance and runout consist of huge flat sections that are a nightmare to push through. If you're an intermediate, I'd recommend heading to the Sunnyside or Panorama lifts instead.
