as a member of introvert club, I'm having so much stress just because I need to dance do that I can pass PE
I feel you. I had a nightmare scenario two days ago where everybody in the class knew and remembered all the moves except me. After the class I got a few tips from some experienced dancers: it's better to do a sloppy move that's kind of right than to just stand still, gives the moves names and say them out loud to yourself to more easily remember, you care 10x more about you not dancing perfectly than what others care about you not dancing perfectly.

Both of them are great dancers, each unique in his own style. The person in black makes conscious and graceful movements. But the person in red gives us the feeling he is not moving, but gliding. Amazing performance.

I'm not a professional dancer (or dancer at all really), but I do like the idea of using dance for cardio workout. I don't like what they have with exercise in mind, it usually is too much for me and I end up with a mild asthma attack half way through. This is PERFECT! It's fun, easy enough, and works my heart without me killing myself. It can be done 4-5 times a day for a really good cardio workout while learning dance moves and having actual fun doing it. I can't wait to learn this one and future moves while I lose weight and get more fit. THANK YOU
