Read about libertarian socialism and anarchism.
While I agree that nothing is black or white and that capitalism helped many people more than feudalism, I don't agree that there is such thing as equal mix of socialism and capitalism, they are against each other and one will win at the end. Even if mix of them was possible, I still wouldn't support it, I see capitalism as not good for humanity and society, it had it's important part in history, but now we must go beyond it.
Good luck in finding way to make world better place :)

@@CommunistDino They have anti-trust laws, widespread worker cooperatives, strong unions, strong welfare, public transit and I think no private ownership of land. But these aren't fully against capitalism, so it's just more friendlier capitalism.
They still have wage labour, enforced private means of production, for profit production (tho it can exist in some forms of socialism too), no self management, stock market, etc..

There's a problem with the argument of Socialism vs. Capitalism when it doesn't address the correct issue:
    - Socialist regimes vary greatly from nation to nation. Different regimes have different cultures and issues. China is different from Cuba, which is different from North Korea, and so on.
    - Venezuela, while trying to be non-hegemonically aligned, is not "socialist" in essence, as it preserves the bourgeoisie in power. Therefore, they are not bound by socialist rules but rather establish their own using the government. Venezuela is the oil paradise in South America. The American narrative will always diminish and interfere with whatever is going on there, just as they did in the Middle East.
    - Cuba and North Korea face many international restrictions, such as severe sanctions from NATO nations on countries that trade with them. As these are very small countries, they often lack space to grow crops and are always at risk of food shortages. On the other hand, Cuba has one of the best medical schools in Central America, which is public, and North Korea has threatened the USA with nuclear tests. Again, very small countries.
Capitalism creates artificial scarcity to keep prices "fair" or creates products with artificial scarcity, such as software and the ridiculous case of Funkopop toys, the massive coffee burn in Brazil in 1930s, and other similar cases like the Argentinian desert filled with high-branded clothing. Also, monopoly is the essence of capitalism. The bigger you get, the more control you have, and it requires the State to establish that monopoly through law enforcement.
Being a businessman is not often a case of pure exploitation of the working class. However, you rely on the work of others to make your profit. Therefore, you control their time and what they will have access to in their lives by negotiating a salary. The problem is, the more you have, the more control you need to have. So you end up hiring more and more people to work for you to the point (the millionaire point) where you don't even have to work. Your business "works for you." But this relies on people doing the job for you, on something YOU decided to make exist.
Communist ideals often state: That control should not exist, either from an individual or from the State. What communists do believe in is a transitional state, where more control is given to the working class through the state. Hence the name: "dictatorship of the proletariat." Most capitalist states are "dictatorships of the bourgeoisie." Where big companies, often directed by individual interests, control the State apparatus and the lives of many, leading to the issues addressed in the video at the 3:15 mark. The Monopoly game is indeed a very good illustration of how that system operates. There is no punishment or limit for companies controlling so many lives. Its actually the prize to do that.
The planned economy, often adopted by socialist states, is indeed something problematic, but it mostly addresses these issues. It controls excess and avoids unnecessary expenses but can have the downside of exercising too much control or misleading economical directions. No one who defends communism or socialist states is advocating for "perfection" or whatever that might mean individually, but rather for "let's dial down that inequality a bit, right?" (USSR states were a crime to be unemployed) or "how about we have more representatives of each working class in the government?" (In China, the parliament representatives need to have other occupations heather than political) and stuff like that. It does have counterparts, it does have issues. But it may be a good alternative to the meat grinder machine that capitalism is.
Getting a job should be simpler, and getting out of necessity should be easier. If we could avoid these artificialities created by the system. Take a look at Tim Gurton's speech about work. The artificiality of unemployment and how it is a requirement to control working-class salaries. You can also take a look on how capitalism exploits poverty in African countries to have energy in Europe. France doesn't have a single Uranium mine in their territory. This isn't an "option" in capitalism. It's a rule. It's all about individual profit.
