We find that Peter had God inspired words in Matthew 16:13-20 When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Whom do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” And they said, “Some say that Thou art John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” And Simon Peter answered and said, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.” And Jesus answered and said unto him, “Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but My Father who is in Heaven. And I say also unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.” Then He charged His disciples that they should tell no man that He was Jesus the Christ.
Also when Satan touched Job, he said that that man would curse god afterwards. Well, he did not, but instead his wife spoke those same words of the devil. Job 2:9-10 Then said his wife unto him, “Dost thou still retain thine integrity? Curse God, and die!” But he said unto her, “Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil?” In all this did not Job sin with his lips.
Tyrus was talking under the influence of the devil. Eze 28:1, 12-15 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying, 2Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyre, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: Because thy heart has lifted thee up and thou hast said, I am God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas (yet thou art man, and not God). Son of man, raise up lamentations upon the king of Tyre and say unto him, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: Thou dost seal up the sum of perfection, full of wisdom, and completed in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering: the sardius, topaz, diamond, turquoise, onyx, and beryl, the sapphire, ruby, and emerald, and gold; the works of thy tambourines and of thy pipes were prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou, great cherubim, wast covered, and I placed thee; thou wast in the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked among stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in all thy ways from the day that thou wast created, until iniquity was found in thee.
This is a man of God preaching the truth, so anointed to teach followers of Christ
We need to acknowledge that Devil isn’t dumb but also we need to quit giving him so much credit when he begins to attack. He loves it when we suffer a blame him for it. Instead of blaming the devil for your struggles. Start thanking God for a chance to draw closer to him. God bless Bro Herring.

I get troubled too when people say the devil is dumb. Far from the truth. But I’m so grateful that detailed teachings like this as well as the devices of satan are becoming more popular. Even I, Holy Ghost filled, not indulging in intentional sin had a spirit of rejection that I didn’t realize until the Lord started dealing with me about it. This spirit came when I was a child due to abandonment. I would have gone to hell had I died if God hadn’t kept me. Now I’m more knowledgeable on how they operate through the flesh. I want a clean heart for God. If we would allow these teachings in the church more, I believe we wouldn’t see so much turmoil such as divorces, rebellion, relying on worldly means as primary sources for dealing with spiritual issues inside the church. May the spirit realm become more real than the natural, and may our feet be upon the necks of our enemies.

I just asked my pastor’s wife how evangelists are chosen to preach at our church and she told me then asked if I had a person in mind, I said Bro. Herring and she said that was so interesting because they had just confirmed him coming next year a few days previous. I am so excited already!!!
Well, that exciting news. The Bible calls it Good News from a far country.
