Making of Easy Hot and Sour Soup
Cabbage - 1/4 Cup
Carrot - 1/4 Cup
BEANS - 3 nos
green chilli - 2 nos
ginger - 11/2 tsp
Mushroom - 3 nos
Water - 4 Cups
celery - 1 Stick (Finely chopped)
Spring Onion - 1 nos (Finely chopped)
Cornflour - 11/2 tbs
Soy Sauce - 1 tbs
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbs
Vinegar - 1 tbs
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
