I have this in my Hawkwind collection but haven't listened to it in years. I have around 100 Hawkwind bootlegs, plus everything they've ever officially released. This certainly isn't the best quality sound, but in those days you just got what you could when buying vinyl bootlegs and hoped for the best.
It was, but it's pretty rare now. There were only 3 Windsor free festivals ('72, '73, and '74), I went to all three of them and soon after each festival a bootleg appeared . I have all three albums. Not the greatest sound quality but now real collectors items.
@@galaxy5111 Sorry, I couldn't really say. I got my copies at the time from a bootleg stall in Portobello road in Notting hill gate when they first came out way back when. I don't even know how many were pressed. They're pretty rare.
@@galaxy5111 Shit man, I'm trying to give you a link but UA-cam keep blocking it... it has com after it, and the name is Hawkwindbootlegs.. They may have those albums. They do have some really early bootlegs on their site.
Pure class. This captures why the the band was so special during this era.

Well Lemmy sure had his breakfast that morning
😮😮😮 LEMMY WAS A BEAST ON THE BASS 🔊
Lemmy was a genius.... great to hear bass keynotes he usually used to play on Orgone Accumulator ...
There's some 'Aerospace Age Inferno' and 'Down Through The Night' in there as well.
Getting my Captain Lockheed tracks mixed up. I meant to say 'The Right Stuff'.
RIP LEMMY
Brill stuff Bryan. Where did you find this?

@@powerdavid6235 There is a recording of the Sept 72 and Aug 74 Windsor sets? Are they available anywhere? I only have a copy of the 73 Windsor set
