And fun fact, he and his wife even voiced twilight's parents in that season 7 episode where they go all to a zeppelin trip

G5 MLP is different, but still quite enjoyable show. I recommend checking it out (the first New Generation movie, the 3D special, and the 2D series on youtube, which are all a part of the same canon and G5 continuity, and the upcoming 3D series as well. I know that short 2D episodes made people think at first they would be like Pony Life that wasn't liked much, but in reality the G5 youtube series is a lot better)
@@yoral I'm sorry to hear that. I myself enjoyed it (even if maybe not on the level of G4). Some people hate G5, because they keep comparing it to G4, while it's a separate product. On the other hand, personal taste is a complex thing, as there were many people among bronies who hated specific seasons, etc. For example, I was in the minority of those who (while having some favorite seasons) enjoyed all that G4 had to offer.
Twilight was pretty badass fight with Trek surpassing even Ripley's fight with the queen alien in aliens in it's badassery, it was uncharacteristically dumb of her to leave him alive though; how could she not have seen tat coming back to bite her later?, not to mention leaving ultimate evil alive is a terrible lesson to teach.Why did they do that, when they had the good sense to kill Sombra and later the storm king.

This is a horrible lesson, by far the worst lesson the show ever had. It didn;'t surprise me at all when it came back to bite them in season 9.

The best finale in MLP hands down not only for the action which is PEAK and never got to the same level afterwards. The build up throughout the entire season was really well done too. Really wished there was more moments like Twilight vs Tirek. This is the main reason why I love MLP, it was the premiere's and finale's, until season 7 when they became tame.

They are genuinely watching it. Because that show is actually good (and that show's creator Lauren Faust intended it to be a family show, so that parents can actually enjoy watching it, too, along with their kids). It was a phenomenon 10 years ago though, since the quality of this show suprised a lot of adult people who tried it. It's not for everyone, but it's high quality enough to justify watching. And it's way better than previous generations of MLP.
