This one is literally the best. I've listened to it every night for the past week and not needed sleep medication which is a massive deal to me! I totally agree! This one is so relaxing and calming. The spring/ summer ones don't do the same as lovely and calming as they are. The cold and rain in this puts me into the best rest I've ever had x

After 3 attempts watching this, I think I finally know what Michelle means by 'hypnotic bedtime story'.
She gets us to relax so much at the beginning that the story bypasses the normal waking mind and goes straight into some subconscious layer. Even now on the morning after my 3rd time listening, I can recall only fragments of this story. I would say it's a testament to how good a job Michelle is doing at making us relax and wind down from our waking states.

I’ve played this every night for a week and I’ve never actually heard the story, lol. Your voice is _that_ good I fall asleep to the intro alone. I wander off somewhere near “tucking the covers under my chin” 😌

Michelle , England and a stormy night! Yes, I know The Cotswolds and certainly more picturesque than my very own Lincolnshire. We are seriously short of quaint! London on a warm summer evening as dusk descends, so many things you could describe in a future story...
I must get there to enjoy London and the Cotswolds, hopefully some time this. A dear friend of mine is currently studying in London so I hope to visit!
Michelle, as I’m sure you know, the UK has numerous historical castles and ruined abbeys that would provide you with endless ideas for sleep meditation stories.
Come to England in the summer and head to North Yorkshire for two of my favourites. Rievaulx Abbey on a tranquil summer afternoon, believe me Michelle this is the epitome of majestic beauty, and oh so calming. Thirty seven miles away is Whitby Abbey; visit at dusk or a dark, brooding stormy night, and an entirely different ambience might come readily to mind. After all Dracula landed here...

Commenting the morning after watching.. I feel a bit guilty here as I can't comment that much on the content! The intro section was just perfect, as you set the mood beautifully and gave us permission to relax and sleep. Thank you, I really needed that!
As for anything after that, I have no idea lol. I remember the countdown, but I must have been half way across the bridge to dreamland. The gradually increasing rain noise here was very nice and environmental. I guess your video was just that good at inducing sleep. Maybe I should try again and give some better feedback. I’m great Michael! I do miss the New England snow living in SW Florida for 20 years. I don’t miss shoveling and scraping ice off my car, but summertime here is brutal. It’s 80 degrees here today! I do so miss the seasons changing. Here it’s either hot, really hot, unbearably hot and pleasant (the latter lasts about 3 weeks) 😁

I have considered using my content with other vocal artists but I have avoided using accents simply because I think some would enjoy it but others would be confused and that may distract from falling to sleep. But thanks for your feedback!

You have a beautiful voice, and lovely stories, but I can't listen to you. Your "Esses" are very sharp and whistly, which is not relaxing. Perhaps you could invest in a pop filter, which are less than £10. and were invented for just that problem, then I won't miss out on your lovely stories xx
