Last week I saw several surfers swim directly at the otters there. All way too close.

I also witnessed on multiple occasions that surfers almost ran over mom and pup pairs. They paid no attention to their surroundings only straight ahead for waves. Surfers did not purposely head toward the otters, but they should pay more attention.
