Hi! Thanks for sharing this great video! May I ask when did you record it? As I’m planning to go soon and I read some reviews that say there’s a nearby construction that obstruct the view and noise and light that might bother during the night. Thanks for your reply!

Hi :) We went in November 2021 (for our second time). Indeed, I can totally confirm what you read in the review, and we were actually quite pissed we were not informed when we booked and only discovered it on arrival. Quite close to our villa there was a crane working all day long. And, worse of all, about 1km away from the resort, there's some big construction as well, + lot of lights at night. It's somewhere we loved to go for a walk the first time we visited, but now, it's just not possible to go there anymore. Also, when you go on one very nice sand dune, you have a view on that construction...again, quite disappointing.
Also note that the noise did not annoy us at night :)
Yet, if you asked me "should I go" I'd still say YES. The place is still truly beautiful, BUT it's important to be aware of the constructions around before you go. It is still a very pricey resort so it's better to know that before you go. Please, feel free to ask here or drop us an email to contact@sarahflotravels.com should you need any further information :)

So pretty! Did you walk to the dunes from the hotel all by yourself or did you take a car to get there? Will be staying there soon, super excited!!

What's the best way to get there from Abu Dhabi Airport? Rent a car or taxi?

Hmmmmm both work ! If you can rent a car it's a bit better, it will very likely end up cheaper than the taxi as it's a good 2h30 drive from Abu Dhabi so taxi is expensive on such big distance.
