I grew up in NYC a few blocks from the old World Trade Center site. I lived in the neighborhood at the same time Sneha and Ron did. It is possible-even likely-that I may have passed her on a busy street in those days. So perhaps it’s understandable that I have followed her case for years. Long story short: Sneha was a disturbed woman who needed help and accountability. She was in a personal crisis in 2001 but, despite all of that, I do not believe she just ran away to start a new life. I believe she was returning home when the terror attacks began, I think she went to help the victims, and was killed in the collapse of the South Tower. If my theory is correct, then Sneha died a hero. Whatever personal problems she had in the months leading up to her death don’t matter now. At her end, she answered the call like the doctor she was.
I’ve always thought there was so much happening in this story. She seemed like she was going through so much, and was struggling with so many personal issues, but her disappearance was so unlikely and abrupt. I suppose it’s not impossible that she saw the attack and thought “Ah, I can use this as cover to run away!” but that doesn’t seem like her way, and given that there have never been any sightings of her, I think it’s far more likely she went to help and was killed. I’m so glad you covered this one! I think she deserves to be remembered.
Agree with you that it's unlikely she used it as a cover up. Odd that no one to this day has come forward to establish where she spent the night from 10th to 11th though? Xx
This is outstanding Charlie! I’ve heard about this case a few times but you gave so much more information that I hadn’t heard before. You did really great research. I don’t know what to believe happened to Sneha. So many possibilities.
Thank you, sweet Rachael. 🤗 You'll see from comments that the general opinion is that she went to help victims on 11th but tbh I'm stuck on the fact that her last known whereabouts were on the 10th. 🤷🏻♀️ Who knows?
You did very well reporting this case! You did it best. I wonder if her disappearance had anything to do with her being LGBT? Or maybe one of her former disgruntled coworkers at her former job had something against her? So many theories.

I think there is a likelihood that she was LGBT - possibly a connection to her disappearance.
Maybe she was seeing someone who was upset that she wouldn’t leave her husband for them?
I'd say something along those lines is a possibility...
Can’t wait to listen to this ♥️♥️
