Thanks a lot for the efforts and the work you put up every time for the channel, the viewers and the game. I can't say enough how much I appreciate your streams and gladly follow your channel. Thanks a lot man
I prefer the 5-4-11 offensive setup (17:40). There is nothing wrong with fielding 20 players :-) Great series of videos - thank you for the effort and I hope you love doing this for us!
This was a pretty good video! I am a little perplexed why you didn't discuss blitzing the central gutter runner in the rat box. Most coaches I've faced, doesn't matter if it's good strategy or not, will take any opportunity they can to blitz a gutter. Cracking that front line is easy and there is a chewey gutter right there.
Love the idea. A lot of those are similar to the generic positions you talked about in the previous video, but it's good to see the details. Please do Snotlings soon ! I guess the standard move would be : don't use the pump wagon in defense, don't leave your stupid ones alone and put that fungus flinga with HMP at the back of the field... I really can't wait 😁
As a primary dwarf coach, I just have to say with that Rat Box set up, I don't care about your blitzers unless they have claws. A longbeard with tackle hits that front gutter for two dice unassisted and has tackle, I'll set up for a mighty blow hit on him if at all possible. I'm going to try to break his legs every single time. Frankly, any hit I can get on a gutter at any point in time, I'm probably taking. I'd recommend dropping that front gutter back 1 space to be level with the others so I need to commit more than one player to get two dice. With the line rats gone I'm not seeing the advantage of having him forward, as you say, you're not lacking for speed on that piece. Rogre standing there does make pretty good sense if you're using one. My goal is to get the ball whether by turnover or by forcing you to score quickly and never letting you see it again. Looking for a final score of 2-1 via making you score on turn 2 then scoring to end the first half then just holding the ball for the entire second half and hoping the 1 turn doesn't pan out. Of course, this is Blood Bowl, so the best laid plans can (and often will) fall to a random 1 in 36, me on a block, you on a dodge.
I want to know if you had touched some different defensive or offensive deployment with the Rogre set up team. Oh, and very nice job! I love your videos! They are clear and intriguingly!
I was hoping for some advice on how to handle high strength teams like lizzies, chaos, orcs etc. They seem pretty capable of decimating a skaven team. Especially at low tv
How about doing the ogre setups soon? After a 12 year painting and playing hiatus I'm joining a league with the big guys in a rather dodge heavy environment ( lizzies, dark elves, goblins, amazons and undead), honestly I'm scared😅. Btw, love listening/watching your videos whilst painting. PS, i'll be starting with 4 blockers and a punter, if that helps.
Hehe, Ogres are on my short list!! Oof that's a tough mix for the big boys 😁 but the 4+1 roster is solid for Ogres, and you'll get lots of chances for big blocks. Classic Ogre Coach advice: More CAS than their TDs = win 😁
Just gotten the game last week on sale and was really confuse on why I kept losing. This is rrally help me out and understand why. Thanks for the video!
Halflings! Playing my first in person league game (and my first time as league commissioner, diving in head first!) on Wednesday and I also decided to play halflings so the league would have a stunty team. Any chance you could help me out?
Im new to blood bowl and play skaven but only have 2 gutter runners, I joined a league and my first game one gutter runner died and the other is out of next game, and 1 blitzer is out of next game and 1 lineman as well. This is such a hard game
Hey Ryan!! FUMBBL is on the old ruleset still, but there's actually a beginner friendly league (fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=group&op=view&group=3180)! And any issues dude just let me know and I'll try and help!! And then we get a game in 😁
Oops, sorry folks!! 😁 In Ben-land a "Beachhead" is essentially a safe spot (cage, side-cage, or screen) from which you can launch from. I think I also call them "Launchpads" sometimes. A Beachhead is a pocket forward of the LoS, and a Launchpad is within TD range! Yes... I accidentally make up BB terminoology sometimes 😁 sorry!!
Great video but every time you say skaven should score in 2 to 3 turns makes me feel a very inadequate player from one skaven coach to another... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG🐭
I need Lizards and Dark Elves please. I've played 5 games with lizards. Never won, my best result was a 1 all draw. Dark Elves are my second team for league play, first run is tomorrow.
I’m watching all these to better understand how to counter these set ups; super useful content as usual.
Can’t wait for the Chaos Renegades one!
Hehe, Renegades are a beautiful sight!!
Thanks Pistache! 😎

😍 Thanks Benedetto!! If you've ever got suggestions or feedback please let me know, we just want to have fun making the best content we can!!

Hahaha, Cheating! That's the true Skaven way 😁
Thanks Konrad!! I'm having a blast haha, and as long as it's useful (and/or hopefully entertaining)!
I just picked up Skaven and I am quite excited as a new blood bowl player to try some of these out. Great content, keep up the top work
6:28 almost. Got to be careful with the telestrator there buddy.🙈
😂😂😂 That's amazing hahahahaha

Ok that's it, Snotling request #315 😁 They're now way up the list haha!!
Oh I dunno!! The Wagon makes a great Linebacker!!

I love running into skaven as a nurgle or chaos team with tentacle on your st5 and tails on the other front liners.
After Blodge and mighty blow.
Thanks for your work!
Thanks Boris 😁

Ahhh sorry Joe! I'll brew something up 😁
where can I find the image of that pitch? just wondering so i can make these formations so that I'll remember them for when I play.

@@BoneheadPodcast well that's the plan, going for mayhem and inducements.
Glad to hear that ogres'll be coming somewhat soon.
Keep up the good work!

Hey BloodStained Alice, welcome to the best game out there!! Awesome!! Glad we helped a little 😁😁
Happy Blocking!!
Did you make the graphic for these set ups. I want to mess around with something similar but can't find anything easily online.
Would Like to see you do Lizards, quick but without passing makes it seem interesting
Lizards are mighty! And a solid OTT offence too 😁

Ahhhh Chris!! I'm so sorry!! How did the game go??
@@BoneheadPodcast Rescheduled to Saturday. It's all good.
Thank you for the guide! as a skaven coach it's very true that i only need like 5 rats to win anyways 😂, and hail the Great Horned Rat :p
Disappointed that you didn't include a one-turner setup. Two chain pushes is fairly simple.
Check back this Theory Thursday 😁😁

What is a beachhead?
😁
Nice!
Thanks Mario! 😎
How does one play online (fumble) and is there a beginner league? If so anyone want to play online?

Thx 😉🍺
😁
Orcs next , good sir , alternate between agile and bashing teams to break the monotony
Would love Orcs Orcs Orcs to be' next one 😁
Orcs Orcs Orcs!! 😁
snotlings next please!
Turning out to be one of the most popular requests haha, I think we'll have to boost them up the schedule! 😁
