I would love to see this implemented. And yes, Pluto needs to join us now! As for who should run the Post Office, Disney has a character called Postmaster Pete who runs the Toontown Post Office. Perhaps he would be a good option. And I agree that there should be conditions set, and love your idea about limiting communications to pre-set subject line options. 🤩
Postmaster Pete could totally be an Oswald-adjacent wildcard character! We already have a bunch of Toontown items, so I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility 👀

I really think that Oscar’s Cosy Corner in Game Character , really could be as an in Game Professor. But he really could help us all to recommend to us what we could buy from him like from his in game shop , if only this game becomes a lot more heavier on the Multiplayer , but really putting this game to be fully connected to the internet. And like having this game to have a huger roadmap than what we already had , but really making that newer roadmap to be way huger than the other roadmaps. But really making it to be really epic but also to be futuristic.

So we all can be able to go to from in game. And to have you as a professor so you get to teach us all about , weird crazy stuff like where your character has came from. But your character has came from the Alice in wonderland realm. And you get to give us stuff that’s really from that realm.
