Absolutely correct, if you continue to put it in the same spot over and over again it will cause irritation to the gums, it will cause friction especially as it gets wet, and you need to distribute the use so that way you are not just constricting the same blood vessels over and over and over again. Zyn got me to stop smoking cigarettes after 10 years. I can actually do things now without getting lightheaded and having to sit down to catch my breath. I’m only 24 btw. Started smoking at 13.
@@v.k5417 well I smoked it out of a water bong to start. That is the most powerful nicotine high you can get. The first time you will most likely black out. If not you’ll fall back and your whole entire body vibrates and if feels like an out of body experience. Almost like you are looking at your self standing over yourself. By the end I could smoke 1 full cigarette (all the tobacco taken out of a Marlboro black 100s) in one hit out of a bong. Other than that cigarettes, cigars, zyn, chew all give you a nice head buzz maybe make your body feel a little lighter. Takes away stress and almost feels like a warm hug for a second. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY NICOTINE USE, ITS IS ADDICTIVE AND WILL COME WITH CONSEQUENCES.
I work as a dentist in Sweden. It is very common here and it always makes me sad when I see people especially younger patients with gingival recession because of it. It's easy to forgot to change the placement and just let the habit take over.
Swedish dentists actually recommended snus in the 90's. Bad for the gum, but is killing bacteria. I've done snus since I was 18. Never had tooth decay.
sweish gut here been using real snus and not this stuff and real snus is tobacco..zyn is not... been using it for 30 years and turning 46 this year never had teeth problems or gum problems
It’s true! My dentist recommended it better than smoking the nicotine protects the teeth but it destroys the gums. But we are talking 10 years forward. Never ever had any problems with my mouth or teeth.
I’m 26 now, started chewing at 11, smoking at 13, and vaping around 16-17. I tried zyn pouches awhile back and they helped me quit vaping, I’ve cut off all nicotine in general. Vape free for about 6 months, and no nicotine for around 2 months
Waaaay more addictive than smoking personally, I had quit smoking for like 2 months, then someone offered me some at a festival and I was just like "when in Rome", hooked for 6 months.
It is quite addictive. Smoking never even got me close to hooked whereas nicotine pouches still have me fiending if I see anyone with them, and Sweden is the snus capital so its incredibly popular so basically cant go in public without seeing several people using.
Ah thats a classic here in scandinavia, its stronger and you can easily have one in 24/7. But its discreet, doesnt smell and you dont get a cough. No risk of cancer that we know of. But can be borderline impossible to quit (Source: been using the tobacco version since i was 13, now im 26 and 1year is the longest ive made it)
We have a similar product in Europe. Helped me go from 20 a day to zero in 6 weeks. Went from 20 a day to using 4 or 5 of these pouches a day to start with, gradually weaned myself down in strength to just using 2 a day and then finally quit the pouches altogether. If you want to quit smoking, you can. Lots of determination and support from friends and family and it achievable.
The healthiest nicotine option doesn't mean healthy. It can be beneficial if you are not prone to addiction. As other comments said, when you are addicted and don't regulate your intake, it can still bring side effects, just like vape and cigarettes.
@@McSealnot being prone to mental addiction doesn’t mean you aren’t prone to addiction as a whole. weed, for example, is non-addictive, meaning it doesn’t cause an a physical addiction. that doesn’t mean you can’t get addicted to weed, it just means you aren’t guaranteed to have physical withdrawal symptoms if you stop using it. something like heroin, on the other hand, will always give you withdrawal sympoms if you stop regular use. so will meth, so will caffeine, and so will nicotine. nicotine is the most addictive substance, all it takes is a couple uses to become addicted and reliant on it, and this is coming from a former wake and baker who still regularly vapes, occasionally smokes cigarettes, and uses zyns a few times a week.
similar to caffeine, it can cause hpd, and other heart problems, just because you aren't smoking doesn't mean there aren't health risks, this is probably the safest way to consume nicotine tbh
100%. i literally had low blood pressure prior, and developed hypertension. while your lungs may thank you, if you don't have a lot of self control, the mere fact you don't have to go outside to smoke allows you to have nicotine in your system 24/7. i had to quit cuz i was developing heart problems.

@@MrDumplings7 I used it as written on a label…
Super popular in the military. Already been smoking for over a decade so ZYN ain't bad for me
Did ZYN's while working on the flightline. Smoked/Vaped before. Decided to cut down and eventually quit. Even after being a smoker/ addictive personality, I can confidently say I haven't had any nicotine products in 9 months, with no cravings.
@@jcal1274is it like dip where you have to spit or do you just keep it in your mouth until the nicotine is gone?
Echelon not included
@@yaboiisloth5494 It's safe to swallow but can irritate your throat and stomach. I prefer not to.
kids in my highschool are ADDICTED to this
kids in my highschool were addicted to smoking. If there is a nicotine product on the market, kids will get their hands on it regardless.
Good
@@Shatter1995 Maybe don't make nicotine product available on the market ?
Smart kids
@@LeDracodonso your solution is to ban and or restrict the use of using a safer alternative to smoking…thank god you’re not in government
finally someone with a unbiased take and based on factual information, as a stb dentist and smoker (shocker) i had the same concerns abt gum recession and subsequent mouthc cancer or other periodontal diseases
(english isnt my 1st language sry)
I tried it and noticed gum issues and teeth issues immediately but I’m open minded, love the video!
We call this product as “ KHAINI “ in India and our daily day labourers use it while working.
Exactly, they are moving towards Indian styles and indians are trying to follow western culture
Can't say I'm surprised. Lots of people doing hard jobs pick up nicotine habits as a way to get through the shitty day
I quit smoking and it took me about 4 weeks total to stop thinking of it everyday.
Few people have the inner strength to do that. Respect!
3 months smoke free and I'm not clear of the mental addiction yet. Every day is hell but what can you do
Been about 12 years since I had any and when I go on holiday to Greece where Lots of people smoke when I smell them on the beach I still feel like I could have one
Respect
I've quit 7 months and still think about it 😂
UA-cam has been force feeding my algorithm zyn content 2 months after I quit. It’s a sign I should start again
i've quit for a second time, but became absolutely reliant on these things for years. the withdrawel is worse than cigarrettes. extremely addicting, naseua and light headedness for days upon quitting
