"Acceleration. We didn't even talk about this in physics class." What...what did you talk about, then? This was introductory physics for me in sophomore year of high school.
Why do you think I didn’t do well in physics?
@@theduckgoesmoothat explains it
High school? Wtf, we start physics in 5th grade.
@@eno88 I didn't even GET my first physics class until High School. It wasn't an option for me.
@@eno88 tf you at? its usually middle school, junior high, or high school for physics
10:57 fun fact: Interstellar actually had scientists make a computer simulation to make an accurate black hole, they basically correctly predicted how a black hole looks like before we figured it out
Didn't they also make them make an entire render engine to simulate it
@@itzwizory9556 basically what I meant, yes👍
I’ve heard crazy things about the movie because they did things like that
The guy riding a bomb with a cowboy hat is from the movie Dr. Strangelove, and is a very iconic scene from the movie
7:56
I mean on one hand, yes, the manhole cover was faster but lets not forget it (presumably )got disintegrated in the atmosphere whereas voyager 1 is still going
That thing was MOVING
10:38 The Doppler effect is actually a fairly simple concept. Waves appear to become shorter (blueshifted) as they travel towards you and longer (redshifted) as they travel away from you even if it's the same length the entire time. That's why everything in front of him is blue and everything behind him is red when he's traveling at those insane speeds, because from his perspective all the visible light is being pushed to those ends of the spectrum. You can even experience this with sound waves in real life if you listen to something like a train or an ambulance as it passes you, with it getting higher pitched as it approaches and lower pitch as it leaves.

We figured out their height at least! From this video we find out that SC and presumably the OG stickfigures are 5'10, someone on reddit even calculated the king to be as tall as 6'11!
We love short kings here lol
@@Gottaloveaxolotls SHORT?! *Vine boom* That's goin' in the book!
@@PurpleHeartE54 hell yeah brother, while I was joking, I know someone will eventually take it personally which is unfortunate.
@@Gottaloveaxolotls True enough lad.
Actually stick figures is 2,5 meters, since in AvM they're tall as 2,5 blocks, and one block equals one meter, but in other animations their heights can be inconsistent
"someone is gonna figure out how much the stick figure weighs with these numbers" my brother in christ, in the momentum part it literally says 50kg (he'd be 49kg if you wanna get precise cause he's holding a 1kg ball, and the rope seems to be of negligible mass)
Me when TSC doing crazy stuff: 😑
Me when TSC meets Future him and sees past him: 😮
The end shows the figure going thru the bridge to something unknown on the other side, continuing their journey 😊
9:22 It's a coil gun. The difference is that a coil gun doesn't require contact with the projectile. It also uses a series of impulses, energizing each coil in sequence. Overall, a coil gun is less powerful than a rail gun, but is also easier to make, use, maintain, and is overall more practical.
As Caboose would say 'time is made of circles, yes I am familiar with the concept'
In Alan and his friend's gaming and reaction channel they do reactions to his videos as they are released and Alan shares some of his insights, He mentioned his Lead animator is a physicist and provided the script for this and the math one. They also debate the Headcannon of both the vs Math and this video happening in orange's head as he is in the cell between episodes in the mainline Animation Vs animator.
excuse me orange casually thinks about theoretical physics?
@@prestongarvey2599 His friend came up with the possibility but ultimately Alan said no, I was giving an example of the type of things they discuss, Its worth watching their reactions for behind the scenes clarification and Alan's reactions to his friend's on the spot theories, even when they are wrong
@@ryubimaru aight
My personal theory is that this is before The Second Coming's arrival on Alan's Computer, but again, it's just a theory.
@@prestongarvey2599 Preston, aren't there yet another settlements that needs General's help? Or the General already on the way to help one? (Also Alan's Lead animator is a genios and Animation vs Education series is one of the greatest work Alan and his team ever produset!)
The Beta (B) is how close he is to the Speed of Light. The Speed of Light itself is C.
Alan and DJ does reaction videos on their AvG channel (Animation vs Gamers). I know that they did reactions to both the Math and Physics. They might have done more reactions as well. But seeing you wanted to know... enjoy!
As someone said in the original video, the orange from singularity didn't go to the begining place. The mode choosen by the singularity orange seems to be something about alternate dimensions and basically the singularity orange went to another universe (dis might mean more animation vs something)
How the theoretical loop works tho, idk
But everything after the worldsheets and worldline is string theory afaik
At one point in the video it gives TSC the mass of 50 kg, so yes we know how much he weighs now XD
TSC was holding a 1kg ball in that moment, so he weights 49kg.
The expansion when approaching the singularity illustrates increasingly small things that would be torn apart by tidal forces. Then physics break, and we get closed timelike curves (time travel backwards). Talk to Kip Thorne.
The "Cowboy hat and rocket" is a reference to Dr Strangelove apparently.
At the part when he met himself and at the end when the other one took the hat and dipped, it was actually a time loop created by the two of them where the one with the cowboy hat would enter into that time void, and the one without one would be waiting to explain the loop.
5 months later: animation vs chemistry... and itll be an absolute banger... also literally...
edit: redshift and blueshift is basicly the faster you move the enviroment around you shifts into a certain color depending on which direction you look because of how rediculously fast youre moving in a certain direction...
6:04 they weigh exactly 20 kg bc Fg=mg where gravity is assumed to be 10m/s^2
3:30
"Can we know how much a stick figure weighs from that?"
huh....... didn't think about that..... yes, we most definitely can.
in fact, I'll do you one better: based on that, we could calculate not only his raw strength in combat, we can calculate how much power he'd be outputting when blasting an opponent onto a wall, how strong the wall may be considering how much it buckles, and whether or not the resulting explosion would be comparable to a nuclear blast.
hell... I'm sure Matpat is already on it.
1:47 Was there a connection between those events?
Toy Story is what the stick figure and cowboy hat reminds me of.
13:31 🤣
RETURN OF THE KING, BABY!!
mass can travel at any speed below the speed of light, it just takes more and more energy to accelerate
it's kinda like a graph of 1/x: going to infinity at zero, but being finite for any number above zero (1/0.0000001=1000000, for example, 1/0 is undefined usually)
similar thing here, energy required to travel at the speed of light is infinite, but getting near the speed of light is possible with enough effort (actually getting that much energy is a challenge obviously)
5:35 LMAO.
(Yes I know he meant torque).
Random thought, what if the next animation for what I call "Animation Vs School series" is Animation Vs Chemistry? :D
Chemistry would be wild.
Alan calls this series as Animation vs Education
@@thedanfire9984That is a better title, I hope we do get a chemistry animation.
DUCKGOESMOO I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS EVER SINCE IT CAME OUT!!
i havent watched the video yet, but I HOPE YOU HAD A FUN TIME WATCHING!!
i bet you'll be confused by a lot of things!
(edit: OH MY GOD I WAS RIGHT)
6:45 B is light speed
So from Alan siad his editor is a physics nerd and he's the reason behind this madness
As largo has put it from dr strangelove you just seen in in emesis blue kill count (the war room scene)
Orange do be learning to be Galaxy-brain/neural physics
5:33 I hope I didn't hear twerk
Torque
u did :)
Hello
My brain hurt
Still waiting for helluva boss MV reaction with Kirby😅
1 meter = 3 feet, 3 inches
TSC weighs 110 pounds, or exactly 50 kg
For some its Scatterbrains
You should watch Ninjago
Holy crap Undertale is big one.
