Definitely Superhuman by NCT 127. This song is so underrated but everything about this song is revolutionary. The structure of the song, the instrumentals, the vocal harmonies, the MV, thd choreo. Everything! It really deserves better. Or their debut The 7th Sense. This song was way ahead of its time. It's a sound that we never heard in kpop before. People don't even cover this song because its that intricate. The important thing with this song is that you need to look up the lyrics or watch a lyric video. The mv doesnt have lyrics. But the lyrics are so important and relevant to issues we face nowdays. For ballads, Back To You English Ver by WayV's Xiaojun and Kun. The english version MV was just release like 5 hours ago! Im obsessed with this song right now. Or Timeless & Coming Home. These songs are some of my favorite ballads!

All great suggestions. The three powerhouse vocalists (Haechan, Doyoung, and Taeil) are all in 127. I personally love 0 Mile, Superhuman, and Punch from 127. the 7th Sense from NCT U is a must. I don't think Dream or WayV have any skips (except for Dream's We Young, which I never warmed to). Dream are youthful, and WayV I think of as dramatic and posh. for Dream it would be: Boom, Quiet Down, Chewing Gum, and Dive Into You. For WayV: Action Figure, Kick Back, Horizon, Moonwalk, Love Talk, Only Human.
Not sure if it was mentioned but NCT has many foreign members and a few of them sang in their original language on this song. So if you listen closely you'll hear Mandarin Japanese English and Korean. This makes the "My home is with you" message of the song even more wholesome. Like even though they came from different places their home is with each other 🥺
Fun Fact : Doyoung who holds the long notes in the song is making his first debut as musical actor soon. He is that good and he is my favourite. You gotta react to his cover of Falling by Harry Styles.

They stole the entire show with this vocal performance. Every artist under SM Entertainment's roof is trained vocally. Your hums better be in tune.... even your breathing. Doyoung 1:11 is the senior of the choir, an old man who's lost his only love when he performs. Taeil 1:03 is pure soul, head of the church choir to wake the people up. Haechan 0:55 is the Bad Boy Bobbie Brown of the choir to bring the young ones. Every member has a role to play and they succeed every time.

YES! be assured that all sm groups have good vocalist, in NCT Doyoung, Taeil and Heachan are their jewels. Your friend (as biased as she's supposed to be) will say that all can sing, but these three are the ones with special color and control of their voices.

The reason those particular members were chosen to join the song is because all the members that popped up from the floor are the other foreign members, therefore this song is personal to them as well due to them leaving their home countries to find a new home with NCT.
This is beautiful from what I understood most members are from different countries cities things like that they came from American Japan China and many more. Most of them left at a young age as well, in the official music video and in this one as well they sing in many different languages they know Korean, Japanese, and Chinese towards the ends they have pictures of them and they say thank you in the language they were taught Spanish English and more. The message is that even though they came from different places they connect with each other on some kind of level and now Nct is their home because they grew together not as a group under SM entertainments but as a whole/ family and when more people join they will make them feel like it’s there home as well. Example like Yuta the one with the semi blue black hair Shotora is a new member in Nct and he’s from Japan same as yuta so yuta wanted to get closer with him to connect and also make shotora feel comfortable going into a big group that’s a family as well. As mentioned before, the concept of From Home is about these young men coming from many places both in Korea and abroad and creating a new home as members of NCT. SM chose a core of 7 vocalists (3 Korean, 3 Chinese and 1 Japanese) for this song because they wanted to showcase the harmony of what NCT is in that they can have a song with 4 languages in it and for it to still be balanced and beautiful and NCT. For this live performance, they further showcased this by having ALL of the foreign members of NCT (Canadian, American, Thai, Chinese, Germany, and Japan etc) appear onstage to join the core 7 for the song because they truly have gone from their homes to make a home with NCT. That's the significance of who was chosen to come up from below stage to join 💖. I'd also recommend watching the MV to the From Home Rearranged version as it shows the stages of the creation and additions of group from audition to training to debut through to Resonance.
I think the first comment I posted on the original From Home video was "shit, Yuta got lines!" The members of the band who are coming up through the floor are the other foreign members of NCT, including the rest of WayV :Hendery (Macao), Lucas (China), Winwin (China), Xiaojun (China) YangYang (Taiwan). with he way you react to vocals and emotionality I think you'd really enjoy yestoday? it's one of my favorite nct songs ever, especially when I think about taeyong's lyrics and how beautifully it suits doyoung's voice!
This is a very SM-style ballad, and all SM singers are trained to be able to sing these types of songs! Obviously there are vocalists who are naturally better suited to these style of songs, but SM ensures that all their groups have at least several vocalists capable of this kind of output. NCT did amazing on this song, which really shows how well they're doing in maintaining the legacy SM has created as a vocal powerhouse company!
While writing this comment I actually just came to the realization that From Home reminds me of Tonight by DBSK, which is an iconic older group from SM. I think From Home is sampling Tonight LOL

They sang in 4 languages in this song: Korean, English, Mandarin and Nihonggo, the Kun is from WayV. The other members who came in late are all foreigners. NCT at the moment have 12 members who have a foreign nationality and 11 who are Korean. In the original "From Home" song Taeil, Doyoung, Haechan were the only Korean members in it, the remaining members: Kun, Renjun, Chenle are Chinese and Yuta is Japanese.
When you watch the from home rearranged video and it shows them literally growing up together it's so beautiful. I bet Ade was thinking of that I think of it every time I hear this version and it will bring a tear to your eye 💚 NCT is really a family brought together by common dreams and goals. Since Doyoung's brother was hosting the show, we say that Doyoung sang like he was singing for his life! LOL, I watch this performance so much because it was so amazing. We got to see them show the talents that all NCitizens know they have. What gets me is that Taeil was kind of subdued here.

As mentioned before, the concept of From Home is about these young men coming from many places both in Korea and abroad and creating a new home as members of NCT. SM chose a core of 7 vocalists (3 Korean, 3 Chinese and 1 Japanese) for this song because they wanted to showcase the harmony of what NCT is in that they can have a song with 4 languages in it and for it to still be balanced and beautiful and NCT. For this live performance, they further showcased this by having ALL of the foreign members of NCT (Canadian, American, Thai, Chinese, Germany, and Japan etc) appear onstage to join the core 7 for the song because they truly have gone from their homes to make a home with NCT. That's the significance of who was chosen to come up from below stage to join 💖. I'd also recommend watching the MV to the From Home Rearranged version as it shows the stages of the creation and additions of group from audition to training to debut through to Resonance.

This is a very SM-style ballad, and all SM singers are trained to be able to sing these types of songs! Obviously there are vocalists who are naturally better suited to these style of songs, but SM ensures that all their groups have at least several vocalists capable of this kind of output. NCT did amazing on this song, which really shows how well they're doing in maintaining the legacy SM has created as a vocal powerhouse company!
While writing this comment I actually just came to the realization that From Home reminds me of Tonight by DBSK, which is an iconic older group from SM. I think From Home is sampling Tonight LOL

The guys who popped up towards the end are all the foreign members of NCT. Total 13/23 are foreigners. Cuz this song is especially their story, since they came from all over the world and find their new home. Btw there are 16 people on stage because the 3 Korean members are the original lineup for this song. And 4 foreigner. And then the other 9 joined the stage. Also this song is actually have 3 native language in 1 song : Doyoung Haechan Taeil sing Korean parr, Yuta sing Japanese part, Renjun Chenle Kun sing Chinese part. And ofc a lil bit of English.

The members who opened with the song are the original singers of ‘From Home.’ It’s like 3 from NCT127 (Taeil, YuTa [Japanese] and DoYoung) and 3 from NCT Dream (Renjun [Chinese], HaeChan (also 127) and Chenle [Chinese]. They sang in 4 languages in this song: Korean, English, Mandarin and Nihonggo, the Kun is from WayV. The other members who came in late are all foreigners. On the right side are Mark [Canadian], Ten [Thai], Johnny [U.S.A.] and Shotaro [Japanese] and those on the left are all from WayV : WinWin [Mainland Chinese] XiaoJun, I believe is from Macau like Hendery and Lucas is from HongKong] then YangYang is from Chinese Taipei but he lived in Germany too. There are more foreign members in NCT than Korean. So we are not going to affected with the enlistment issue. SM can just pick members from different groups and make it into NCT U. Isn’t that an amazing concept? It took long for people to understand it but I get it now and it works. This group is limitless in potential and talent. There is no visual hole, there is no one lacking in talent. Of course there are people who are better in the vocal department and rap department but everyone can carry a tune and sing. Obviously they all know how to dance. Hahahahaha

All the members who "popped out from the floor" were the remaining foreign members of NCT who weren't originally in the song/MV. NCT at the moment have 12 members who have a foreign nationality and 11 who are Korean. In the original "From Home" song Taeil, Doyoung, Haechan were the only Korean members in it, the remaining members: Kun, Renjun, Chenle are Chinese and Yuta is Japanese.

I bet Ade was thinking of that I think of it every time I hear this version and it will bring a tear to your eye 💚 NCT is really a family brought together by common dreams and goals. The members that pop up are all the foreign members if you notice there are only 3 Korean members in this stage (Taeil, Doyoung, and Haechan). Yuta is from Japan, Chenle, Renjun, and Kun are from China, then the members that pop up are WinWin from China, Yang Yang from Germany, Hendery from Macau, Lucas from Hongkong, Xiaojun from China, Mark from Canada, Ten from Thailand, Johnny from America, and lastly Shotaro also from Japan. Those are all of the 13 foreign members (for now) in N.C.T. who left their home countries and moved to Korea for their dream and have been away from home for a long time since they became trainees and during all those years have now found a home within N.C.T.
In N.C.T. there are only 10 Korean members (as in the ones who were born in Korea) Taeil, Taeyong, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Haechan, Jeno, Jaemin, Sungchan and lastly Jisung. There are actually more foreign members out of the 23 members of N.C.T. overall.

Actually the reason why the members that just popped up that were not part of the video was chosen is because they are the foreign members which are not from korea. besides those who were part of the song the other members that came from canada, america, japan, china and thailand are the ones who popped out at the middle of the song.
The guys who came are all NCT foreign members, so they're saying that they have come from all over the world and gathered together and with the Korean members and become each other's new home 🥺💚
Since Doyoung's brother was hosting the show, we say that Doyoung sang like he was singing for his life! LOL, I watch this performance so much because it was so amazing. We got to see them show the talents that all NCitizens know they have. What gets me is that Taeil was kind of subdued here.

All the members here besides the three who did the high notes, are the members who are not korean, Mark is Canadian, Johnny is American, yuta and shotaro are Japanese, ten is Thai, and the rest are Chinese, and the song is to show that they are a family now, they all had to leave their home country and family's to be idols, and now being in nct they have found another family, because they all support and care for each other, because I'm sure they get homesick now and again, plus they don't get to go home for things like Christmas or birthdays, and that's also the korean members so they always spend the time together.

This song is about the foreign members of NCT, leaving their homes, leaving their country, going to Korea alone to train, leaving their family behind to pursue their dreams, and at last, they found their home, a family that will be there until the end of their jourrney, NCT.
