- For 2023 BMW have worked hard on the S1000RR to improve the electrons and add more power and downforce. I was lucky enough to test the bike at Almeria circuit and this is the first part of a vlog of the day.

Well done, that is a very intimidating circuit. Having moved to southern Spain from Canada last year, I sold my V4S and last week, picked up my S1000RR (M package). for my 67th birthday. What an absolutely gorgeous and beautifully engineered bike. And, it has cruise control for the longer tours.
. Couldn't be happier. I think it will prove to be the best bike I have ever owned.
Great video and bike. Kate was really good and fast. As were you of course. Sad to hear she came off. Hope she gets well soon.

Great watch! Those bikes were like screaming banshees under you. Not sure if it was the pegs, your knees, or your teeth that we could hear in some of those corners where the bike was leant over aggressively.
Sad to hear that @UsernameKate went off and got injured, but both of you seemed to have good fun at least up to that point. Also good to hear that she is on the mend.
FairPlay Chopsy, how good was that, great to see you learning the track and racing Kate, how good was she, shame she came off, hoping for a quick recovery for her.

Is Kate ok? Your last couple laps were really moving! Didn’t realize as your speed increased I started breathing intermittently. Dang Chops that was awesome. Well done👏 But please be careful this is one of my favorite channels , can’t have Chops risking himself too much ;)

After riding to work this morning in the beautiful English spring rain deluge it was just what I needed to see you having a lovely warm time lol, great vid again chops...proof if ever it were needed that you don't need to be a racing snake to enjoy going fast. That S1000RR M Sport seems to be a right weapon too...roll on May when mine hopefully arrives from BMW 🙂

I had total knee replacement last year. I was off my bike for 4 months (someone I know had same but was off for only two months).

@@stuartkraven had op on 20th, but a nurse gave me too much blood thinning injection so i had blood on my knee and thigh, just delayed my recovery slightly, and yes i will do as I'm told from physio 👍

What happens when you crash a press bike will you get invited back
There’s only so much of that a manufacturer will tolerate, which is exactly what happened to Fast Bikes in the 90’s.
Their clowns kept smashing up press bikes, then all the manufacturers refused to give them anymore bikes.
In the end, Colin Schiller had to buy the bikes for said clowns to review for the magazine. Afterwards the bikes were sold in Schiller’s shop, Gorgeous Bikes on Kings Road.
