BREAKING THE 300 WPM BARRIER (WR) - Monkeytype 15s
Вставка
- Опубліковано 5 чер 2023
- i saw izanagi was going for 300 and I really didn't want to lose the opportunity to be the one to break the barrier so I have been putting in a lot more effort to do it and I did! this is such a monumental achievement for me and I hope you all enjoy

absolutely incredible and deserved, congrats rocket!!
you are one in a billion.

Essays are gonna be nothing for this man 💀
it's harder to think of an idea so he'd probably be typing each word fast but his thinking isn't lightning like his speed

pure joy! love it. congratulations!!
Me stuck at 72wpm. Looks at leaderboard. Immediately goes to UA-cam. Watches the video. Listens to my keyboard crying "I wish he could press my buttons that fast".
😳
i started from 40 WPM few months ago, stuck max at 97 MPM. when i reach 100, there will be big celebration. Practice, practice and practice.
I am at 71
@@soumilghosh5156 keep on practicing, 71 means in couple of months time you will achieve 100, if you practice regularly. I am still stuck at 97 :).
Brother help me give me some tips that I should do remember while practicing. I'm practicing for past seven days and I saw results but still I think I'm missing something? If anyone saw this comment feel free to give some advice. 🤗@@tom2010ad
WOW, insane, well done.
inspiring!
Congratulation, and appreciate your hard work!
That is just crazy. It's literally double my current PR of 152, lol. Well done dude, incredible.
Could you give me some tips, i go around 90-100wpm on 60s, how can i get faster?
@@highgaming6444 keep typing
mine speed 50wpm🥺
@@weetoz Literally this, just keep typing. Try to put in at least half an hour or so each day in practice. Focus on your technique, try to be clean, don't take shortcuts.

Nice video! Congratulations my friend!
this is the dude on the leaderboards today.
didn't know you had a youtube channel, but it's nice to see how joyed you are at your accomplishments. nice job.
This is actually legendary, Iike top 10 moments in typing history. Goated asf
Congratulations Rocket.
You need to have a go at breaking Bailey's record of 200 wpm on English 10k and Shazzy's record of 168 wpm on English 450k.
This video proves that there's nobody on the planet better equipped to break those records than you.
nah rocket is the goat of speed in normal stuff not advanced, he sure can change layouts and get records with them, but man that Joshuu guy surely is cooking up something. I believe it will take a while if rocket want to beat one of those records you mentioned above, nonetheless this kid has insane potential, cant wait to see more.
@@cryingsoul226 True Joshu is the only one imo that has genuine shot at like every typing world record itw.
@@cryingsoul226 yeah, that Joshuu guy really is something else. In typeracer, his speeds on complex paragraphs are just insane. Currently Izanagi just broke through rocket's speed on the monkeytype 15s leaderboard but I'm pretty sure joshuu is upto something when it comes to monkeytype. Exciting times lmao

omw! thats amazing. great job
epic typer , congrats rocket : )
Congrats rocket, that was the most legendary reaction ever lol
Congrats on the WR and 4k subs! That's simply insane, I've come to realize how far I am from this speed. I have a PR of 150 on 15s and you just doubled that...
My PR is 105 WPM and I'm proud of it
how fast must the brain be processing those words man jesus christ. I'm averaging 116 right now on a 1 minute test. absolute mad lad. Cant even comprehend this
Actually insane lmao. I commented on a video yesterday trying to predict your wpm when you broke this speed zone and I was wrong gg
Dude I can't even read at 300wpm, you are crazy good job!
wow wow!!
Very good brother... 300 WPM it's incredible.
it's so weird to think that something like this is done everyday by billions of people, and yet not many really give thought to how there could be someone who is best at it. amazing job on typing this super fast! kinda makes you wonder what other everyday tasks have interesting wrs...

what deviations from standard qwerty fingerings do you utilize?

Bro holy snap, this hurts my brain so badly. Like trying to memorize where all the keys are while trying to read what the words say all at the same time that fast is so incredible. Like me trying and focusing my hardest would explode my brain haha.
holy smokes i couldn't even read that fast. awesome !
Congrats dude :)
Amazing thank you

that's insane, btw what name of the keyboard that you use
goat
nah bro those noises were INSANE
any idea if the ortholinear keyboards are worth learning? and yea i see that you are not using one... alo do you have custom keyswitches btw?
Simply astounding brother, great work!! I've always loved typing fast as I'm a talker yet I've never broken those kinds of speeds. Time for a new keyboard I suppose. Although the clunky full and standard old keyboards appeal to me, something with less tension and shorter gaps between the keys and the keyboard may suit me better. The most remarkable aspect to your gift I think is how it's all subconscious. It just goes to show how amazing we can become when we tap into it and reach a kind of flow state. People are impressed when I'm at work (retail) and I punch in the 4-digit door lock code in what I believe to be at most 1/4 of a second without overlap. It sort of feels like I'm pressing all the keys at once while simultaneously in my mind timing the impact of each key as I push it down.
On the till I even have each one of the various menu actions' shortcuts memorized which are composed of F-keys and number keys, thereby virtually eliminating the need to use the touch screen. save from a few functions. I had this accomplished in less than a year of working there and I often wonder why so many others appear to move, think and act in slow motion. That said, I kind of scare myself sometimes (eg: locker combination complete and lock taken off in 1 to 2 seconds, sign into things within a few seconds, etc). Maybe it's my past 4 years at Starbucks? Perhaps it's my Asperger's syndrome, or my passion for extreme heavy metal and electronic music? Who knows. All I can say is people are incessantly diverse which makes for an interesting world in my view.
bro why did you make a whole essay flexing your work abilities
@@eitansegev I'm not so much being conceited or boisterous but rather I'm describing my experience based on my personal observations, which really is open to suggestion and opinion because it's an anecdote. In a more negative sense, I struggle with making frequent eye contact and understanding what motivates others.
In my mind, most people aren't as inspired by simple things like everyday menial tasks as I am. (For instance, I absolutely love washing dishes).
Since I have high functioning autism I find I tend to excel at repetitive work (Starbucks, cash, etc). I did go a little into excess detail but I have the habit of explaining things in a long-winded and overly descriptive way. Mostly it was me talking to myself, reflecting on how it's odd that people are so different from myself. Again, I think everyone is a special snowflake and one-of-a-kind, which makes life interesting. Just rambling honestly. 😕
This is Insane !!!
damn the recovery at the end
Crazy
legend
Bro it's so satisfying hearing the keyboard
the only time i see this coming in handy in your life is if you become one of those people in court who writes things down, even then its crazy fast💀

are you uploading ur 302?
I took a typing class in 11th grade, 1968, because I already knew how to type and wanted an easy 'show-off' class. On the wall of the Home Ec classroom was a poster featuring the reigning U.S. typing champion -- a man. I believe his speed was 165 wpm. (I was around 90 wpm.) Yes -- it was on a manual typewriter. Still, 300 wpm means this is a different, alien species that has invaded Planet Earth.
Unfreakingbelievable
299.8 welp you were pretty close!!

wow man
bro?? I saw you on the leaderboard and instantly go ere
how du make live wpm counter on your practice? thanks
You've also reached notes only produced bt maria carey during her christmas song
Imagine having a online debate with this person where only typing is allowed 💀
funny. I just saw your record and was curious what the hell 300 wpm even looked like
Man is an absolute goat, I cannot think of anybody who is faster than this…
That is because he broke the world record. How would you be able to think about someone else who is faster?
That is like saying: Usain Bolt was the fastest sprinter (dash) in the world. I can't think of anyone faster.
:-)
Joshu if like really goes for the record
i thoroughly enjoy typing, in fact i can max out at around 230 wpm, and thats reaching the upper limit for most humans on a qwerty. id like to see a video explaining how you're able to accurately track exactly what letters need to be typed with fast reaction time, for me i can do that quite fast, but i always stick to reliability and typing one letter after another, of course with decent speed. id also like to see a slow motion video of a comparison of your finger movement speed and reaction time. i also would like to know your keyboard, as ive been looking for a good typing keyboard for quite some time now. id also like to see a video on monkeytype with reduced keyboard animation, so i can better track for accuracy (just for good measure) i can see that you're roughly typing whats on the screen, but i dont know precisely, so it'd be very helpful! all in all, good work!
Idk how...when I'm on a constant speed the excitement in my head messed it up..
this man is the first person ever in the world of 8 billion people to type at 300wpm on qwerty. Isnt that insane??
Some have managed to go upto 333 WPM in 10 words test.
