Healthy Cheela
Ingredients:
For guava chutney:
1 tsp oil
1 large guava
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
For moong dal Cheela:
1 cup moong dal
2 water chestnut
2 tsp besan
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 green chili
2 inch ginger
For filling:
200 grams paneer
1 green chili chopped
some curry leaves
1 tbsp chaat masala powder
Oil as required
garnish with paneer, beetroot and curry leaves
serve with guava chutney and coconut chutney
