Those people buy at high prices are really frustrated, because they are busy with their life and cant monitor always the discord or site for the new preorder release. We know that in the current trend any MSRP are always out of stock in just minutes
If it sells our within minutes how am I suppose to pick one up. Thats why people go for the alternative. If those go for $50 as well they'll sell out instantly.

I don’t know if I’ll ever get any Prismatic Evolutions at this point… I’m too busy with work and kids to get in on any of these preorders. I’m ready for them to print the heck out of this set so the value can tank and regular people can have a chance at picking anything up. I guess we are still a while off…it makes it hard to get excited about this set though - without being able to at least get in a single preorder.
Yeah I understand. Even with monitors, if you want to collect for fun you still need to keep watching your notifications, and a lot of the monitors give "false reports" on third party seller postings. So even if you get a few, if your not planning to profit, it may seem like a better idea to spend the extra 30-40 dollars if it means you save days worrying about it.
My guess on the 151 collection is $79. It's one that I would wait for the price to come down if it was almost anything else. The Walmart pre-order is up to $99 this morning.
It's the same thing as the sea and sky premium collection they had at Sam's club -2 packs I'm assuming it'll be $39.99 MSRP they may be greedy and put it at $49.99 cuz they know it's popping I hope it's a Costco or Sam's club exclusive I'll buy pallets to fill my entire house till they run out😅
Can confirm I was able to get 20 etbs thanks to this discord and practically saved myself almost $1000 from current market price. Paid for the discount for life with just 1 notification!!!! And people complained about $4 😂😂

Pokemon is GREAT at one thing and it's marketing their product to the public. They can throw a bag of rocks in a box with Charizard on it and call it "premium". In this hobby specifically, for something to be premium, I'd better be getting some beautiful Black Star Promo cards and/or some really nice collectible packaging. The more people that enter this hobby, the lower quality product we're going to see directly as a result of Pokemon pumping as much garbage out there for mindless addicted consumers.

I really don't understand the hype for this set. The Eeveelutions in general aren't that interesting (I would argue they're a bit boring and overused). From what I've seen from the set, there is nothing that really stands out as "oh man, I really want that!". It's just sort of... mid or worse. Why is everyone going berserk over this? PS. I've been watching for a while, but hadn't subscribed. I watch videos while not logged in, and so don't subscribe to very many channels. Just decided to do so. Thanks for the effort you put into things.
I don’t agree with you, respectfully. One thing that I see that’s not being talked about is the amount of new Pokemon fans. I personally know 3 ppl that just good hooked this past week. The demand is high and I don’t see it slowing down. These cards are now viewed as investments. I strongly feel that Pokémon will make statement for the next 2 years.
Don’t fomo on prismatic boys. Prices on surging sparks are dropping all across the board. I feel bad for the people paying 90$ for prismatic etbs lol. Pokémon will print them in bunches and throughout the year.
@brian check prices again homeboy. Pikachu card already dropped to 450$ range. Sales are starting to slow down go look at the tcgplayer graph for booster boxes sales per day. When prismatic comes out it will go back to normal.
I hate to tell you this my guy but the box is gonna track the packs and that means this is gonna be a $120 box in a very short time. There's zero shot this goes for less than $100 with 12 packs of 151 in it. Even at 8 dollars a pack that's 96 pretax. If it's less than 80 these boxes will get sniped off the shelves every morning. I managed to get 10 more ETBs at $58, it's a bit of a premium but with how insane things are, and knowing I'm an online buyer who won't be walking into retails like a degenerate searching for floor MSRP prices only to get repeatedly disappointed, I'm nearly certain this will feel like a worthwhile premium to pay.
I hope the 151 premium box is around 50$. If it’s 40$ expect it to be sold out within a few mins at the store. If they do not limit it oh man expect people to get stabbed for it. I don’t see this ending well.
