3:08 it wasn't a head but it was underside of the glove it was a straight jab at 308 seconds
you might be right, unless it happened a split second before that when Bobby's back was to us, they get close, can't tell if their heads hit then, but they definitely do not hit @ 3:08 and after that he is bleeding.

@@brutusmaximumus yeah the bottom of the glove has threading that could easily be sharp and slice the head open because of the weird angle of the punch it was like a jab push upwards odd. I didn't see a head butt but I saw bobby kind of flinch after the glove grassed him then announcers stated blood started gushing out

Respect to the winner. He admitted that the head clash gave him the advantage. He did hit Laing full on with a good shot and he never went down so the rematch will be good.

Looked more like that cut was caused when the other guy touched Lang's forehead with the edge of his hand/glove.

Right call. You could tell Make it Happen had a semi decent left hook in the 1st round, he was doubling it up and touching Lang pretty well with it
I mean he should have been DQ'd for the blatant bread-butt, I seen that a million times it's a prison tactic to "accidentally lead with your forehead".
But you spot on with the eyeballs mate, that left hook was nasty and doubling up was catching Bobby without failure.
In the rematch I do expect Bobby to come in and win. He should be wary of the bread-butt once again though! That other dudes sly. Be a great win, tougher than the regular fatties lol.

They’re not professional so I don’t see how you come to the conclusion that he purposely clashed heads to cause a cut. That a horrible strategy because your more likely to cause yourself injury in the process.
@@marcuslarwa9098 Because its a bread-butt iI seen it tonnes in prison. That's why its called the bread-butt not the head-butt.
Bread-butt is where you hide it with body movement but its a 100% upwards forehead to face butt.
Professionals rarely do shit like that, these are just two random dudes really - still I enjoy the fights I don't expect title winners lol I expect chicks fat guys and guys in stupid suits.
Bobby does love leading with his head though you're right about that! He's super aggressive but in the rematch I want to see a bit of patience and feints to get strikes on in the early rounds.

The reason Bobby was doing so well is because he’s fighting none professional fighters that don’t know how to deal with pressure. I give his opponent a lot of credit because he actually did exactly what your supposed to do with a fighter like Bobby. When they charge in like that you just tie them up and not allow them to throw punches on the inside.

Great fight Bobby is a beast, Blue Gloves deserves the respect, for even stepping in with Bobby, lol I wouldn't he is literally the RNR logo. Both fighters deserve the respect for stepping in the ring.
Was a great fight, one of the hardest fights I've seen in RnR, if not the hardest. Both fellas did fucking great. Getting blood in your eyes is a huge disadvantage as well. Kudos to the winner, looking forward to watching this rematch.

Always knew if Bobby got someone in the ring with some skill. He’d be in trouble. But you can tell the sight of his own blood shook him up. Threw him off.
Bobby Lang has no footwork and just pushes forward head first. He is the reason why his head got cut like that. He has no balance and over extends constantly. The NEW R&R champ out skilled Bobby in every way, and given Bobby appeared to have a size advantage it didn't equate to strength as Michael was throwing Bobby around.
More grabbed a hold of Bobby every single time Bobby had any momentum not to mention he couldn't see anything

No disrespect to Laing however he is a brawler not a boxer. This was the first time he was in the ring with someone who could actually box. As time goes on you will see more experienced fighters enter R&R. I am sure he is getting training now and maybe the fight would have been different without that cut.
Good fight, but I do feel like Bobby got railroaded a little bit because of the cut and wasn't able to fight at his best because of it. Would like to see a rematch between these two!!

I hate it, but Bobby's actions cost him that fight. Running straight in and holding is no way to win a fight, but it's a great way to get headbutted and cut. If Bobby would have used his reach and stayed back sticking and moving I believe he would have won the fight. I sure hope there's a rematch.
I think it was funny in the first round they said did he get hit. It should have been ruled a knockdown on that punch but the same results anyway.
If, and I say if.. that was a headbutt, he initiated it by rushing in for a clinch. A few glancing blows before probably didn't help. Can't see how both were 180.. unless it's body mass to muscle mass.. longer fight would have been better to show stamina. Would have been same victor.

That cut 100% dictated the fight it wasn’t even that he was hurt the blood just got all the way in his eyes from the headbutt which made it hard to see and if you know anything about boxing the whole point of the sport is to create openings with jabs, head fakes, good footwork and the ability to move around the opponent to land good clean power shots when they least expect it and that was all not needed when blood made seeing straight impossible for Bobby so basically any shot he was taking when his cut gushed was a free KO punch but even then he didn’t go to sleep that’s toughness like a MF
