if i die, do i need eat all fingers again? cuz i got fire arrow only from 5 finger and when i ate 6th finger i got headache again like it is my first finger....
you'll get a headache after eating a finger no matter what I believe, also if you die whilst eating a finger I'm pretty sure it resets your finger count. I don't think it'll take away your flame arrow though.

if you eat one and die because of it then no, but if you get killed by a npc then yeah dying doesnt matter
