I get that watch and I can't find the free app from the play store and I can't find the 32gb support micro SD card and the one standard slm card to ust it has a cell phone CAN SOME ONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY THEM AT AND THE FREE APP FROM THE PLAY STORE TO DOWNLOAD

How many fps does it record at? If you dont know could you tell me if its smooth or choppy? I bought a knockoff that only records at 5 fps so I want to know if the real dz09 records the same.
THANK YOU for taking a few seconds to show opening the charging port and the back of the watch to access the battery, SIM, and memory card ports.
So many reviewers don't take the time to do the basics even when such aspects can be critical in purchasing decisions (like if something is difficult to find or open, if special tools like Torx or similar are required and so on.
Many thanks for this. It helped assure me I was opening the charging port from the correct (non-hinged) end because I couldn't open it without applying a tool and quite a bit of pressure this first time. There was a 50% chance I'd damage or destroy the hinge but your video helped prevent that. Thanks to your review...no damage.

just got mine and so far love it. i did have an issue with it not turning on. It turned out to be because battery was nit installed properly from factory. But so far so good!
Great video for your first time in the ring!! Kudos!! ??? Did the Sim Card you used not have to be programed to your cell phone provider. I have the same watch and my last phones SIN card . Will it just plug in and work???

Without an accelerometer inside, how could it possibly measure these- Pedometer, Sleep monitoring, and Sedantary state?. Instead, it fakes all three readings with bogus numbers - # of seconds since the fuction is turned on or random numbers or intervals. The United Power BT app that comes with the watch is thus rendered useless even when it is so basic. eBay still sells this watch in 2024. When I initiated a return, they gave the refund and did not bother collecting the old DZ09 back. Yes, some clock functions and phone calls work, so I will try to make some use of it.

I bought this watch after viewing it on another UA-cam video. It cast me $12.99, so I thought, why not try it. Here's a few things you ought to know. First off, the battery runs down pretty quickly. I had to recharge it every night. I was lead to believe that I could put a memory card in this watch, however, there isn't any place for a memory card. In fairness, it does everything the video say. One thing that non of the video presenters have discover is that the watch band is sort of glued to the watch. After I wore the watch for about two weeks, the bank literally cracked where joined to the watch and it broke off. There isn't any way to replace the band. It's not make like a regular watch. There are no pins holding the band to the watch. So, basically, it is decent watch for the money, but once the band breaks off, you won't be able to wear it again.
You just bought a rip-off version. Mine's lasted for a year now.

Thanks, Got mine last week. And GT08 today. DZ09 is better. Figured out how to add up to 100 names in watch phonebook that stay even after removing battery. The Bluetooth contacts from your phone can only read the first 500 names in your phone then runs out of memory. You can individually click on any name in Bluetooth list of phone contacts and save to watch. The name and phone number are saved, not email or address or notes. But for $20, a phone and mp3 player are worth it.

The top name on your list of contacts as you scroll just under the blue header is the one you will get when you press
View (on bottom left of screen)
Options:
Call
Save to Phonebook (press)
To phone (which means in the watch)
They are stored last name first unless you retype
Must be done one at a time, up to 100 can be stored.

Sherif Nabil it comes with a charger and just connect it from Bluetooth then you will have your contacts

You say don't use the QR Code in the manual because it sends data back to China. But then you install an app that is also by a Chinese company and asked for a lot of permissions. Why is the one you say to use more trusted than the QR Code app? I just want to make sure I install a trusted app.

Trying to figure out how you installed the memory card and Sim card. Do not remember if Sim card came in box.
Remove the battery Beverly, you should see the back panel where you're supposed to install the sim and memory cards
Of all the videos I have watched on UA-cam about how to use this watch, you are the ONLY ONE that answered the question about the size of the SD card, every one else left that important step out. Thank You!!! My camera now works and stores.

You can set both to vibrate independently but check the app out it might have an option for you to do it there

I really don't want to just try random apps, as many of them seem rather dodgy.
So folks, if you want to loose most of the watches functionality, don't install the app and have the phone connect to the watch. Simple.
HOWEVER, if you want to USE the watch for what is made for, like making and receiving phone calls!!!_ then install and connect to the the watch using the app. DUH!
I could give a rat's pah-too-tie regarding any information China 'sees' by way of the app. You bye a product expecting full use of it, and to do so here, INSTALL THE APP.

This watch only worked for an hour, then wouldn’t turn on after I inserted a tf card. I think the battery may be affected.

Hi Chris, thanks for the info on the DZ09, I bought one 2 years ago, used it for a year and then kept it in the closet coz its plastic wrist broke off. I fixed it months ago but was not able to charge it. I noticed the battery had bulged, could have been overcharged over time. Do you know if I can still get a new battery for it? Someone recommended I punch it where its bulging and then tape it up ….I know, wierd!

Its either a Micro or Nano sim, John. This was the old model with a micro sim slot, im not sure if the newer models are updated to use nano sims though.

ladydhotvw just get one from the mobile carriers in you country, the app can be downloaded if you use the qr code on either the manual or the watch itself.

Hi, it can act on a phone on it's own or just connect it to you phone via Bluetooth so you can answer the calls on your phone via the watch.

Hello. I bought the watch. I download th BT application in my Sony Xperia Z3. I download the SmartBlue application . I open the bluetooth. i make the first connection (paired) with the watch, but the application for Running (Pedo) dont sync Data with the mobile SmartBlue application. What i can do to fix it?!
