【二刀 剣道】Nito Keiko with Wu-sensei SJKD 09.07.2023

San Jose道場の木曜日はガチ稽古の日。高段者審査を目指す剣士が集まってくる聖地。前日のPAKDで稽古ができなかったWu先生がいらしたので、稽古をお願いしました。その記録です。
Thursdays at San Jose dojo are the day of Real-Keiko. This is a sacred place where Kenshi who aim for high rank (above 5dan) promotion examinations gather. Wu Sensei, who was not able to practice at the PAKD the day before, was there, so we asked him to practice with us. Here is the record.

Can you do a video that shows.. proper kamae and zanshin after a strike ? Also basic strikes . Kote, men, do ..kote men and men kaeshi do ?
