Good luck to Phil - never once did i doubt his commitment or ability
I hope Phil Jones continues to play a role in football one way or another. He is very articulate and passionate, has got experience as a player under some of the best managers, and has been around some of the best players. I can see him becoming a manager one day 🙏🏼

this talk from Phil Jones just gives me a feeling he'd be a very passionate and sincere manager to play for. Hope he gets to manage a good club in the future and uses all that he has learnt from all the great gaffers he's played under.
Phil's a great guy. Understands the mental side of the game really well. Excellent as a pundit and would also likely make a very good coach. Glad to hear he's involved with the Man Utd U18's - I imagine he must be a positive influence who can teach the players about the club culture.
My god. Fair play? He had a go at Jones at the time then blames him for not giving him all the info. Try finding out before you slate the lad. Ridiculous.
Nah, this wasn't an apology, he gave all the excuses in the world for being lazy and for not having his facts straight before opening his mouth. Unprofessional and lame apology

Great episode! Gave me the same vibe as the ones with Evra, where you really get a glimpse of what made you fall in love with United. Phil is of the younger generation and was able to experience both periods of the club, which provides amazing insights. Once again, nice job!
Phil Jones you have completely changed my opinion of you!!! What a great guy, who knew?! Incredible stories, so much new content that have never heard anyone else say before, was so great to see Rio and Phil bouncing off each other!!! Best episode in months down to Phil and Rio!!!!

Brilliant video. Phil comes across such a nice guy. He did have to put up with a lot. Shame about the injuries because he was a good player and he did put his body on the line for the Utd badge. Very underrated
The footballer to pundit/media personality pipeline is beautiful. Their perspective, recollection of iconic moments, regrets.... Its just too pure, I love it.
Really good podcast phil jones honesty was refreshing we definitely need the current united team to realise how lucky they are to play for this great club and earn the right to wear the shirt.
I can honestly say this is a great podcast. A retired CB who got to play through Fergie and up to the modern era. Understanding how football works and what 99% of people including myself don't see. He has a great footballing mind and has handled himself at a top level while doing his media rounds. Get the man his own podcast or give him a job developing young players. He has the knowledge, patience, and ability to analyse his own performance and that of others with a true, heartfelt line.
What an incredible insight for the supporters. Can't believe a player as important as Rooney was involved in 2 teams under the same shirt and so far apart.
Between the two of them, Greenwood and Sancho...I'm surprised nobody is talking about the one "mate" that's currently there. Rashford is toxic potential. At his best, he's amazing, at his worst, he drags everybody down. Scott McTominay had the true academy mentality. Wrong one let go. You can talk all day about ability, but I know who I would want in a scrappy game.
I know this is a cruel thing to say but I always though Phil was a bit of knucklehead. He just looks like he would be a bit dumb. He's incredibly articulate and thoughtful. I completely misjudged him.
