Thank for the video and looking forward to using it :) Found the name of the plant! Dryopteris Csmpyloptera for anyone curious. Basically, mountain fern. Grows extremely fast and is invasive..And survives pretty much anything. (Cept wind and direct snowing)
Hey! Just about to start a diorama with multiple pine trees. Spent half of my day to find a decent tutorial. I think from all the videos I've seen I'm going to try your method. Of course I'll add my own ideas to it but you gave me a solid foundation. Thank you! Greetings from Hungary!
C'est vraiment très beau ce que vous avez fais. Dommage que je ne prend pas vos explications. Qu'avez-vous utiliser comme feuillage et produits. Merci 👏
no worries man. one thing i need to update with this is even if you soak them in green food dye sunlight still kills all colour from the leaves. i had to end up painting them green in the end. i just airbrushed a green laquer based paint over the leaves
to be honest i have no idea what this plant is, it was growing down my driveway and i saw it as i walked past. i think its some type of "asparagus fern"
id say leave for at least 2 weeks before you use them but i couldn't say 100% as i haven't tried to use them sooner. though I'm still experimenting with this technique, and have a lot of leaves drying out as i need to make 20 of these trees for my next diorama which have been drying out for over a month. id say just give it a go, if you give it a go try using them sooner and let me know how you go, but id still leave for 2 weeks.
Thank for the video and looking forward to using it :)

What’s effect of glycerin, how can i use it?
Quan the glyerine when it's drawn up into the plant fibers stops it from drying out and becoming brittle.
