If I’m applying for a sole ownership, does the business entity name have to be registered to the secrecy of state ? When I searched it up I believe says I don’t need to register it with Secretary of State, I think I read it wrong . .

I’m applying for a C61 D12. I don’t have certified journeyman certification all my experience has been self taught and want to make this a business and not something I just do for friends and family. I have a small business license for a similar business but now I’m getting into doing epoxy countertops. I want to make it completely separate business. my question is do I N\A all the certification section and just fill out all the work experience?

I have an LLC now.
Iive already filled section 2. Selected Limited Liability Company and wrote the # on space provided.
Going on to
section 3. box 7. -
What am I supposed to select ?
I’m the only member and I filed as single member LLC. I’m 100% ownership.
Which on of the options on the application do I select ?
From what I hear on this section of the video 7:31 i should select owner but in the newer application it has ( sole owenership only ). is that of the LLC ?
