World War II warplanes | British aircraft |Fairey "Barracuda" torpedo bomber History of the fighter's creation, designer's biography, flight characteristics, modifications and combat use. #militaryaviation #planesofWW2 #history #Britishaircraft
Started out OK but basically became shouting out the specifications over an action movie soundtrack. Also quite a few errors. Maybe for a younger audience. Barracuda Mk.I is not "M.K. Eye". Barracuda Mk.V is not MK2. Barracuda Mk.II is not the MK3. What is "Maximal speed"? As someone pointed out, the Fairey Battle is not a Barracuda. You went for a lesser known plane and I have seen worse, but I'd say turn down or kill the music, check your slides match the naration, and check your photos are of the correct plane. People pick up on that. Maybe get someone to check everything before publishing.
Bits stuck everywhere. Ugly aircraft which i believe had the fuselage packed with table tennis (ping pong) balls to allow the plane to float if brought down on water. Highly inflammable though.
@@airwarriors113 I thank you!! I was wondering how many viewers would catch what I was trying to say... or under-say...? vexing errors like this happen all the time in these presentations, ie. a particular WW2 naval battle (say, Midway) and then poof, shots of some a/c ( most typically a Hellcat) rambling off a carrier deck the year before it's actual appearance in combat, etc. etc., yawn...
3:19 "Aircraft height = 3,73 meters"? According to the online converter, that's 1,220.5 FEET high! "Wing area = 38,45 meters"? The comes out to 12,614.8 square feet! Can this Microsoft Flight Simulator nightmare get off the ground, let alone fly?;)
I really appreciate your comment, but I think you got your calculations a little wrong. 1m.=3.28084ft. 3.73m =12.2375ft 1 square meter =10.7639 sq. ft. 38.45 square meters =413.87 sq. ft.
🧐try actually narrating it with a human, I couldn’t stand it any way past 2:17. I tried to hear out the whole video but the dialog was um too unlistenable for me so I’m not going to listen anymore.😵💫

I enjoyed the video apart from the talking robot.
Thanks for watching. You know, I don't really like it either.
@@airwarriors113 tiktok uses it a lot and does nothing for a good video.
Can someone stop using AI for the Narration, this is a ridiculous way to narrate a video and becoming very common.
...So why do you show the clip of Fairey Battles?...
I'm sorry, I don't really understand your question.
From 6:26 to 6:40, you show a couple of Fairey Battles being attacked by a Bf-109. Not really a clip but an illustration.@@airwarriors113
They do say the giraffe is a horse designed by a committee. This was the aviation equivalent.

Thanks for the comment. Very helpful comments. I'm sure it will help me avoid mistakes in the future
Holy, I can see the effort in this! Only 5 subs?
Thank you! Your comment is very important to me!

"Mk" means Mark (version or variant). So Mk2 means Mark 2 (that is, version 2).
Thanks for the comment. Your prompting is very important to me.
Dimensions & speeds, etc. need to be in English.
the background musik is a real pain
Thanks for the comment. There will be no more background music.
tired of metric BS
You better drag out your "Janes" re. the image at 6:35
Thank you. Your comment is very valuable to me.

Thank you for your interest in this topic and your activity.
To be honest, I didn't understand what you meant right away, either.
What the hell is a “fae”?
It's an archaic word for fairy (the tinkerbell kind)
