@@dealsaver7762 I finally did receive one- I redeemed the 20% on Friday night and got the threshold Sunday morning, which is rather strange. Did you try with the 20% email coupon (the only one that works) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday? Those are the days of the week that I can confirm have worked.

I took about 24 hours for mine to show up. I just got mine.
It worked only once for me and stopped. At this point I just go with the flow.
