Being Middle Eastern myself I was so impressed by Timbaland who sampled the music in this track from Warda - Batwanes Beek. He turned every track into 🔥 this is one of my favorite tracks and I can only IMAGINE what dope choreography Fatima Robinson would have created for this song if this came out as a music video. When I think about all this it makes me so frustrated and sad, she was way too young to leave us this soon. I’ve missed her for 20 years and I miss her as much till’ this day. R.I.P from your biggest fan in Sweden ❤️
Thanks so much for this comment because I was just about to ask where did this beat come from. It was played at the end of Episode 3 of the Marvel Egyptian show Moon Knight. I was like, that beat sounds like that Aaliyah song.
Omg Fatima would’ve absolutely done an amazing job and the video would’ve been 🔥 What they did together on “More Than a Woman” and “Rock the Boat” was only the beginning. Flawless, effortless talent ❤️
As an Egyptian man who grew up listening to 90s artists with their smooth beats and tones, Listening to Timbaland's beats. I was amazed by this beat in particular knowing it was definitely inspired by Warda's Batwaness beek composed by an Alexandrian man just like me, Salah El Sharnoby. Now more than 20 years later, me watching Moon knight, listening to the same beat slowly raised from the ashes of time and reminds me of Warda & Aaliyah... I felt so emotional and tears of joy and good memories came rushing into my mind and body. I gotta thank Mohamed Diab for this. He united artistic legends, old and new, east to west, living and remembered. I'm deeply grateful...
Aaliyah hit them high notes and always turned them into jazz. I can't explain it she was just so smooth and radiated with her sound ! I have not heard anyone close to her style. Jhene aiko reminds me of Aaliyah but in a chill romantic kinda way. Aaliyah literally had her own style and swag. everyone else just doesn't have that magic ✨
This should've been on her laat album . I don't see why it wasn't . Seems like it would've fit the album perfectly .Miss you Aaliyah. I bet the video for this would've been iconic . I could picture the dance sequence being on a whole nother level . Especially with Babygirl working with Fatima

"It's gonna take TRUST to keep our LOVE". 💛 If only this song had a music video and choreography 🥀 Aaliyah and Fatima it could've been amazing. RIP Aaliyah 🤍🕊
So wish there was an Arabian themed music video for this single. Like Aaliyah as Princess Jasmine trying to fight for her freedom and independence with sick choreo and a dope storyline...🔥
That would‘ve been sick! There was a posthumous music video I guess for the European market, but your idea would‘ve been even greater. Unfortunately by the time it was released, she already passed, so she couldn’t work on a music video on her own :(

When the opening music "Enta" was played on Moon Knight's episode 3, I immediately thought of this slick track. I later found out that the original song that this track was sampled from was "Batwannis Beek" sung by artist Warda. I'm glad for the sampling since it made the song exotic, smart, and memorable. We miss you Aaliyah. ❤️

I thought it would've fit perfectly on the soundtrack to either one of those films. The video to this song could've been set in Zion and cut aways to scenes of Keanu and Carrie Ann.
