Jeanty is so damn good. There's the first two picks in this next draft then basically everyone else in a huge tier. But yes I'm glad you have it like this because I have dropped Judkins below Henderson as well. And absolutely I been pounding the table for woody marks!

Love this content we need more this was amazing, dont agree with it all the rankings but thats what makes it amazing! Ollie Gordon and Singleton that low is insane but I respect it, I think once you get the Coleman film your gonna move him up, also a lot of these guys might stay and go in the 2026 draft
the combine is going to be amazing to watch at this position. Draft slot matters. DJ Giddens and Brashard Smith will have a battle imo for that late second or early third draft slot. that stuff matters a ton. If you need RBs, this year is a dream come true for dynasty GMs. should be easy to walk away with one or two ballers. Deepest class in a while.
Great stuff Zach!! I don't fully agree with your rankings, but you make some valid arguments, and I appreciate your passion! I am a Penn State fan, but I agree with you about Singleton. He is an awesome athlete playing RB. He doesn't have good RB vision or instincts.
Best analysis I've seen so far on this RB class. Spot on a lot. But... R...J...Harvey...I made a spread sheet that combined YPC and YPR and he is number one, even ahead of Ashton Jeanty. (Bijan 11.3(for context), Harvey 11.05, Jeanty 10.3) He is also top 4 in yards. Top 4 in TDs. And the film matched those numbers. Boy does he jump out on film with that elite speed, vision, and fluent athleticism you typically see from NFL players in college. I'm not saying he's literally better than Jeanty, but I can't fathom how he's so far off the radar for everyone. He's a top 5 back in this class.
I do LOVE Harvey and his analytical profile is impressive. Bit of a liability in Pass Pro but you are right he's an extremely juiced up back, very fun to watch!
Ashton is absurd; SDSU spent the entire week preparing for him (week 10) and held him to an average of 4.8 YPC (one of his lowest YPC games on the year). He’s averaging 7.5 YPC on the season. The fact that one of his lowest YPC is most players dream games is crazy. 31 attempts for 149 yards and 2 touchdowns. Any league where you can be lucky enough to end up with Ashton I would be surprised if he didn’t help transform your team from rebuilding to instant title contender. I know a lot of this is echo chamber but wanted to point out just how absurd he is.
I don’t know why but Henderson has always given me David Montgomery vibes. I think he’s gonna be a stud but I just don’t know with his injury issues if can be a single back without a committee. We will see.
Had an offer for the pretty much guaranteed 1.01 for my Nico, turned it down. Already have Bijan/Brooks/Pacheco at RB, and figured Nico was worth more than just one first.
@@davidmanion1357 he’s a dynamic pass catching back he sees the field well, good at finding holes and being patient, and obviously the draft capital of being the first pick in the 2nd round boosts him up quite a bit as well

What's your opinion on Cam Skattebo besides to keep an eye on him? I think he should be higher on your list personally. A bit undersized at 5'10" and a slower back, but is super dynamic and a good pass catcher. Good yards after contact and has forced a lot of missed tackles. Hadn't had super great seasons before this one, but you can blame that on the talent around him. If you ask any teams that played him this year, they will tell you how unstoppable he has been.
My man’s out here tryin to make me blush the way he talking about Jarquez Hunter! I know you remember me bangin the table for that man before last years declares. Doesn’t get the credit due due to pedigree. But that’s an NFL caliber back. Aggressive, down hill, explosive, hands, and blocks?! Come on, how many backs in this class actually check all those boxes? I hope this man is wearin purple next year
ironically i see chubb in jeanty. i do think the pass catching ceiling might be something that holds him back from reaching the levels they hype will promise. but hes one hell of a runner

Great job and I love your channel, but too many references to “I haven’t watched this players tape” after beginning your video saying you were holed away for a month to make these evaluations.
Would you prefer that I lied to you and pretended to have watched every player? Or 2-3 times during the video tell you that I don’t have A22 film yet? I don’t think most people understand how difficult A22 film is to acquire, it’s not as if it’s just out there and we aren’t looking. LMK 🙂
@ I should have stopped at “I love your channel”. Because I really do and I don’t think you had to call that out on yourself. You likely saw more than most. I only see these guys when they are on a network game or when an evaluation video is published. You guys rock! Thank you for everything you do! When you guys put out a new clip it’s a good day!
Different players for sure, I don’t think there is an Achane type of RB in this class myself. Woody is more David Johnson ceiling to Tyrone Tracy floor imo 🙏🏼

Sampson supposedly has been clocked at close to 23 MPH, so he has plenty of speed; next gen stats or Bruce Feldman freaks list is a good source to find this info, the bruce feldman info might be juiced cause i think it is provided by the universities and just like height and weight it could be inaccurate but not usually by much, Sampson considered one of the fastest on the team and that isn't juiced so he should be alright; Nic Singleton is special, you talk about treveyon freshman year, nic's was just as good, hes one of the fastest guys in college football, has 6.0 yd average per carry, hes also played every game this season and one of the best wr, so yeah idk what your talking about he also has a decent rb on his team in kaytron allen
If I were basing my scouting grades on solely a freshman season, then sure, let’s put singleton near the top. That’s just not how I grade players. His film in both his sophomore and junior seasons is poor. The analytics agree with that film.
Singleton's analytics are fine, he has 106 carries so his totals are lower, he's also in a offense who plays 12 or 22 personnel more than others, less of a passing offense so more 8 and 9 man boxes, he has 4th most yards per route run for rbs, like i said a 6yd avg, hes 6'0 225 and gonna run sub 4.4, with good hands, you might not like him but he will be drafted in round 2 one of the first 5 off the board at the rb position because he has traits that few do, think saquon on the giants compared to on the eagles
His 2023 analytics were some of the worst, if not the worst in this entire class. Maybe outside of Donovan Edwards. Now in 2024, he’s 72nd in YACO/ATT and 147th in MTF. That’s not adequate for me, especially if you’re placing a R2 grade on him and especially if you have a 6’0 225lb frame. Can’t stay healthy at that frame either. The film is poor last year, it’s poor this year - that’s my opinion! If an NFL team even sniffs him in the 2nd round, they’ll regret it.
Definitely dont agree with Smith being in tier 2. My top 6 would be Jeantty, Hampton, Judkins, Neal, Henderson, Kaleb Johnson. Based solely on stats but I've watched Neal play a couple times this year and he looks like and NFL RB. I really like Jordan James too. I watched him this season also and he looks impressive. Hope him and Neal go in the 1st 3 rounds of the draft.
Bro Ollie is running behind a terrible run blocking o line he gets hit in the backfield more than probably anyone bro ran for 3 td vs tech bro ran for 1700 and had 22 td last year you don't just fall ass backwards on those stats but he should definitely come back and transfer but to say he's bad like that is crazy bruh
Using this logic, off the top of my head you would have been out on: - Breece Hall - David Montgomery - Ken Walker YPA isn't all on a RB, there's far more context to consider. I think it's a bit silly to set a baseline like that and for it to be the reason you are out on a prospect.
CMC, Henry, Kamara. It goes both ways, but quite frankly, the consistently “best of the best” have higher Y/A’s, and have solid correlation between career college Y/A and fantasy points. Not saying nothing else matters, just saying Y/A is where players like Marks and Judkins lack and should be avoided due to.
My friend, of course you are going to be able to find examples of good Fantasy RBs who have averaged over 6 YPC. Why wouldn’t you be able to? That’s not at all my point 😂 It’s a silly baseline to set because you would miss out on a huge amount of good prospects. Much more goes into scouting than YPA, especially when YPA has so much to do with outside factors that a RB can’t control. If you wanted to use a baseline analytic, you’d be far better off using Yards After Contact per Attempt but regardless, it’s silly to say “this 1 stat is my baseline, otherwise steer clear” I have no problem if someone is out on a player but have some better backing as to why you are out other than YPA.
@@DynastyLandFootballfirst off let me say that I love the content, I was simply giving my argument for why I’m out on those two players. There’s not many statistics that have statistical correlation when looking at regression testing/Pearson values. Y/A is one of them. After looking at the 2024 rookies College Y/A that have risen in value and those who have not, it’s pretty easy to see how being an efficient runner per Y/A is a relatively significant topic. I have not yet looked into yards after contact so I can’t speak on that side of things. I can see how that is of importance as well, but haven’t looked into those numbers. Also, I agree 100% that this shouldn’t be a baseline and the only thing people look at. That is not at all what I’m endorsing. Once again, those two players I mentioned are way off where they should be (6.0 and above once again). If they were close to 6, I wouldn’t be advocating to absolutely steer clear of them. That’s too inefficient to overcome more than likely.
My friend, what I’m trying to convey to you, is that you are contradicting yourself here. You say “I’m out on these players because of their YPA” and then in the same exact comment you say “you can’t have YPA as the reason you are out on a player” - do you understand how that’s a straight contradiction? Again, I don’t mind if you are out on these players but the only reason you have said you are out for multiple comments is YPA? It doesn’t add up.
@ obviously not, he’s splitting touches, and is playing in a system built around the best tight end in college, has only .7 yards less per carry than his rookie year and has completely elevated in his receiving game

If you remove his freshman year hype, I don’t believe we are even talking about him at all tbh
Super disappointed in Ollie Gordon's season I was really excited about him going into this year
Can't believe how far Ollie Gordon has fallen off.
Sad to see
Wb tahj Brooks?
Talk about him briefly at the end
Bucky Irving is way better than any of the other guys you put in that tier
Bucky Irving isn’t in the 2025 Rookie Class? 😂
You mentioned a tier of guys and said Bucky would be in that tier
I compared a player to Bucky, for sure
Omarion is a Animal
Bro Ollie is running behind a terrible run blocking o line he gets hit in the backfield more than probably anyone bro ran for 3 td vs tech bro ran for 1700 and had 22 td last year you don't just fall ass backwards on those stats but he should definitely come back and transfer but to say he's bad like that is crazy bruh
And Oklahoma state as a fan we play from behind is almost every game so why would be running the ball with gordan if we're down 21 at half
He had plenty of flaws in his film during his 2023 season, they just finally caught up to him in 2024.
Giddens = Alvin kamara
Best MF graphics in the game!!!!
Woody Marks'. and Judkins career Y/A matters more than just this year, which is weak. You want 6.0 Y/A for a career. Steer clear.
Using this logic, off the top of my head you would have been out on:
- Breece Hall
- David Montgomery
- Ken Walker
YPA isn't all on a RB, there's far more context to consider.
That’s not at all my point 😂
It’s a silly baseline to set because you would miss out on a huge amount of good prospects. Much more goes into scouting than YPA, especially when YPA has so much to do with outside factors that a RB can’t control.
If you wanted to use a baseline analytic, you’d be far better off using Yards After Contact per Attempt but regardless, it’s silly to say “this 1 stat is my baseline, otherwise steer clear”
I have no problem if someone is out on a player but have some better backing as to why you are out other than YPA.
No Cam Skattebo? Watch more film and do better
He’s at the end of the video. “Watch more film and do better” was hilarious to read tho 💀
Someone tell this guy its not “tezla”
This dude doesn't have a clue how to truly rate running backs! This is so fraudulent!😒🚫
Fantastic feedback, thank you!
Nick singleton is a dog, you don’t watch him play
Yes, I did. Beyond normal games, I watch All-22.
@ obviously not, he’s splitting touches, and is playing in a system built around the best tight end in college, has only .7 yards less per carry than his rookie year and has completely elevated in his receiving game
Yes, all that is correct. None of that has anything to do with film 😂
@ you don’t know ball it’s okay
@@ProdByJawn I lost brain cells reading your comment 😂
“you don’t watch film”
*proceeds to not say a single trait that relates to watching film
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Cam Skattebo?
Waiting on All22 film
