Babus are more dangerous than politicians at times. Because they have 0 accountability and 0 incentives to work for public's good.
China has 40,000 km of bullet train tracks as of now, which they plan to extend to 80,000 km in next 10 years. Meanwhile babus here have plan of 8,000 km of bullet train tracks in next 25 YEARS!!!

china is anyways building it at a loss and most probably will not even be built. Their economy will not be able to support. India doesn't build anything without proper study of demand. So it's fine. But regarding Railways babus, I agree. We need to privatize Railways otherwise these babus will delay the projects.

I think this is our India feature. all is west.i think this is our chance to produce Aluminium train and a supply chain for feature but we are hoopless this order is cancelled.i think our made in india modern and premium train dream is very far away.year by year is passing but didn't change anything in our train system.all country is focused on their train developing system and we are far away.if this continues we are going to see our train in the feature just like today 😢😢😢

Totally absued.Not a verry good news.If orice negotion is not permissivke then wht waste 2.5years and not completed the negotiation.And for a fresh start it will take another 3-5years to come on trackand mass production.
What happened has happened for good. We need a safe journey more than a fast journey. With so many consecutive train accidents it is clear that we have to spend much more than 30000 crores on track maintenance and signaling system upgrading. Scrap the bullet train project too. These fancy showpieces will serve only a handful of rich people. Invest on dedicated freight corridors to earn revenue and spend over passenger safety.
1500 cr valued vande bharat rusting in shed... No issues for railways.... 500 crore extra for aluminum international standard vandebharth trains... Suddenly they have issues.... Railway has no sense or right direction...
200 something units were ordered with aluminium body shell. Unit price was coming at 150 Cr but Govt was not trying to go beyond 140 Cr.

Icf have worst manufacture quality and couldn't cut stainless steel properly forget alminium , beml have good metal cutting but 0 experience in AL also cant make traction , onlyTitagarh experience in almunium but it need atleast 5years more to mature in passenger segment , Siemens not even interested at this low price , meanwhile IR thinks Class manufacturer like Alstom going over the budget fr quoting 145 cr fr a 16 car Almunium train (~9.1 crore/car)🤦 even the Icf stainless steel vande bharat cost almost ~9cr per car.. Babus are Directionless

Hakikat ye hai ke hamare desh me aluminum body ka train ka koi abasyakta practically nehi hai. Kui ke is desh me abhi tak sab train me hum lhb coaches laga nehi paye hain. Upar se track ka condition bahut accha nehi hai. Signals me changes abhi tak har jaga me karna possible ho nehi payi hain. Is ke uprant aluminum body train , sab kuch khichri pak jayegi. Ek hi track me ek train 50 ke avg. speed me aur dusra train 200 ke speed me kaise chalegi. Idhar bat chal rahi hai avg speed barhane ka aur udhar bahut
sara train ka avg. speed ghataya ja raha hai.
