Wow spot on, husband just diagnosed with bad cancer and helping him adminiistratively and phisically as virgos do, to undergo allopathic treatment. Stressing me out conflicting thoughts and pressure from family about treatment. Instinct from years of interest in alternative health (almost like a teacher feel I know a lot!) So instinct is telling me to combine both and making sure he has the best nutrition etc to undergo this path. Its a minefield. Trying to relax is going to be difficult, but having had cancer myself a few years back, i have learnt some spiritual ways like mediration, sound and qigong, but maybe not enough practice so will listen to my body and rest more. Yes i had a very strong connection to spirit when i was then when I got into my preteen years i had to grow up faster than most people because of toxic behaviors going on within my home. So when I was 14, I moved out of my parents house into my friend house which was better than what i had to deal with at my parents house. There wasn't much adult supervision at my friends house tho, so there were quite a few partys going on. Then I had my daughter when I was 19 years old my son was born almost 4 years later. So i definitely had 5o be even more mature than I was already. So i always have something to worry about, especially when it comes to my children and grandchildren or what is going to happen with my home situation and my marriage. I just want some peace in my life. I think I deserve at least that much .
This is so right on.!! I've been running an animal sanctuary on my farm in a rural area w no animal shelter for the last 23 yrs. Its round the clock work. I'm desperately trying to retire. I'm trying to help the community by coordinating needs, helping w the lost n found page etc.. I advise people more . I'm 62 and seriously suffering from exhaustion, I haven't had a vacation in over 15 yrs. I'm definitely on the caffeine 😂 I'm gonna get to the next stage, even if it seems like baby steps.
