Great job. I need to do some more investigation. I may not be smart enough to use it.I am struggling with a GR-55. I love your guitar. I have never seen pick-ups like that. I hate Floyd Rose until I saw you use one. You have it sounding smooth as silk. Who signed your guitar? I am actually excited to try something new now. Thanks a million-Shawn
Yes the GR55 is a complicated beast but it would be ideal if it was wireless instead of its thick 13 pin cable !!! I just use a few select patches that are quickly selected via a toggle switch on the guitar so I can literally count in my head instantly where sax or grand piano is. I wish somebody would clarify right at the beginning of these videos what the scope of application is as when I see the word wireless I presume it is for performance. If it is studio and computer based it doesnt need to be wireless!
Yes but none of these videos actually spell out how the wireless system works - what the guitar controls do, whether the foot controller is also totally wireless and whether it can be used for remote performing such as busking and connecting wirelessly direct into an amplifier! I have a Roland GR55 which is superb BUT it has a hefty 13 pin cable and there is no wireless 13-pin jack option available, hence I am considering this piece of gear. My question is - can it be used remotely (once set up on a computer for the few patches I want eg grand pisno, flute, saxophone and a variety of guitar sounds)?
Hi very nice thankx .. notice u put some foam on the top ?? why ?? probably no to pick up extra vibrations .. been in to midi guitars 4 years also have the ztar Z 6S .. very disappointing .. had almost given up.. was good 2 see this , where did u get this neck damper thankx again sam
I don't think it's latency, it might be just the attack of the sound instead. Most of synth sounds that emulates wind instruments, or bow instruments, have to cut off a little bit of attack to give you that smooth entrance of the sound that is soo recognizable. The first sound she use tracks beautifully.
Great till you try to download the Native Instruments then you get sent round in circles trying to sign in when your already signed in, then you try and another da and hey I have to re set my password again. I didn't know that re setting my password over and over again was a feature of the package and not being able to get hold of the so called Native Instruments that were offered free as part of the package.
If I want to play a guitar I want to play guitar not a flute synth or a cello synth or a harmonica synth. If I wanted that I would just get a keyboard.

is it me? or is there a noticeable latency? I like it but timing is the real issue you guys need to consider.
