NFS 3 looked pretty nice in Windows XP with a half decent graphics card, but now on Win 7 it doesn't work anymore. Oh Origin or Steam, I want this childhood classic back. It was my first real non-DOS game, let's call it first real computer game (since it was the first I really played on Windows, Windows 98). To this point, I am still hoping that one day there will be a video game that I will be so fond of once again. Closest to this to date has been playing CoD4 (on XBox 360) campaign and multiplayer for the first time, but it didn't beat this game. Still waiting on a NFSIII beater.
It may be a rural setting, but this first track is anything but laid back. Speeds the name of the game, so keep your eyes peeled for landmarks blurring by that could help with your timing on corners and jumps.
