The weather conditions can be bad we are allowed to take breaks whenever needed but just today I was working I had to come back early from lunch because my co workers didn't do carts instead they were getting electric carts but if you only focus on them then the cart bay doesn't get full. I even skipped my last break and sat down not even 1 minute a high position manger happens to walk by and says I can't take a break even if the cart bay is full
