It sure has. House prices have gone up quite a bit, so if you are a home owner, you are building equity fast. It makes things harder and quite competitive for buyers at the moment, because inventory of houses is down, which means more multiple offers, and more interest on currently listed places, which is whats driving the prices up. How are things in your neck of the woods?
Depends on the market in montreal, or wherever you'd like to end up. If you were here, I would sell the condo and buy a place right aways, because prices are going up very strongly here, and a year from now, you'll be kicking yourself that you didn't buy a year ago. But for Montreal, I'd have to find a referral partner out there and get the lay of the land from them. Give me a call or shoot me a text and I can discuss it further with you, @Carlpichette. 250-251-5800

Awesome real estate content! I'm wondering has this crazy coronavirus situation affected real estate in your market?

Im thinking of selling my condo and not buying a house outright and maybe renting for a year to see how the dust settles, what do you think?
